About the role:

  • In a context of strong activity, Scality is expanding its global marketing initiatives.
  • We are looking for a Marketing & Events Intern / Apprentice to support the Events department in the organization of key strategic events such as Scality Day and Scality Rocks.
  • This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of B2B marketing, lead management, and international event execution, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the organization of key events including Scality Day, Scality Rocks, webinars, and Tier 1 Events worldwide.
  • Manage event logistics: invitations, registrations and attendee follow-up
  • Contribute to event promotion (email campaigns, social media, digital marketing)
  • Manage event tools (e.g. Whova): content updates, agenda, attendee and sponsor access
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Support post-event activities: reporting, lead qualification, and satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain and update lead data in the CRM
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing teams
  • Track and follow up on leads with Sales teams
  • Manage post-event communications (thank-you emails, follow-ups, lead qualification)
  • Assist with Channel marketing initiatives and events across regions (France, BeLux, Asia, MEA)
  • Support coordination with regional teams and partners
  • Contribute to operational execution of international marketing activities.

Skills:

Hard skills:

  • Interest in marketing tools (CRM, emailing platforms, event tools such as Salesforce/ Hubspot or Whova)
  • Ability to manage and organize data (leads, campaigns, reporting)

Soft skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive mindset and autonomy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, marketing, or communication program
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and event management
  • Fluent French and good level of English (written and spoken required)
  • This internship must be part of an academic program with a mandatory internship agreement.
