Our expertise spans integrated marketing, media, and creative services, offering clients a unified team focused on business and brand growth. The Performance Media team leads performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and audience insights, while the Brand Media team leads brand strategy across narrative and channel selection. The two teams build every media plan together, aligned to a single business outcome. Media joins client engagements at the earliest stages, working alongside strategy and creative to develop one integrated campaign.

Position Summary

As Director of Brand Media, you will own brand media strategy across the agency’s client roster, leading upper-funnel channel selection, narrative development, and innovation partnerships. You will build every media plan in lockstep with the Performance Media team, ensuring brand and performance are planned as one connected, interdependent system.

You will manage and develop the Brand Media team, own new business planning for brand media, and represent FINN’s media perspective and point of view externally. You will surface media landscape insights and media channel context in the strategy brief, shaping how campaigns come to life from the outset.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead brand media strategy and channel selection across multiple client accounts, ensuring narrative and channel choices connect directly to business objectives
  • Partner with the Performance Media team to build every plan as one integrated system, aligned to a single business outcome
  • Champion integration between Brand Media, Account, Strategy, and Creative teams throughout client planning and development
  • Interrogate the client brief, evaluating whether it’s asking the right questions and grounded in the right audiences and objectives
  • Lead relationships and negotiations for custom media vehicles, sponsorships, franchise opportunities, and emerging partnership formats
  • Develop thought leadership and market perspective applicable across clients, establishing a distinct FINN point of view
  • Represent FINN’s media expertise externally, including client presentations, new business pitches, panels, and industry platforms
  • Lead new business planning for brand media, partnering with senior media colleagues on client retention
  • Champion the use of AI and automation across planning, strategy development, and reporting
  • Manage and develop the Brand Media team: interview, hire, delegate, mentor, conduct performance reviews, and recommend compensation decisions
  • Evaluate staff development needs in terms of rotation and promotion, ensuring role definition keeps pace with the team’s growth
  • Coordinate with Account leads on day-to-day client direction, while retaining ownership of your team’s development, performance management, and discipline standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of media, brand strategy, advertising agency, client-side, or publisher-side experience
  • Proven experience leading brand media strategy and channel planning across multiple accounts
  • Experience across brand channel formats: premium video (linear/CTV/streaming), programmatic video and display (DSP), audio, OOH, brand partnerships, integrations, sponsorships, brand social, emerging media, and custom activations
  • Experience managing significant client budgets and investment decisions
  • Strong leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career pathing for a growing team
  • A track record of gaining trust through sound judgment, including under pressure or ambiguity
  • Experience partnering with performance media counterparts to build genuinely integrated plans across brand and performance
  • Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines, such as creative, strategy, SEO/GEO, web development, and PR, within a full-service agency or an integrated client-side marketing organization
  • Strong new business pitch experience, from strategic ideation through proposal development and delivery
  • Strong client-facing storytelling and presentation skills, able to translate complex strategy for varied audiences
  • Proficiency with FINN’s reporting and dashboard platforms, including Ninjacat and Funnel, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools used across the agency, including Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot, and Claude, to support planning, research, and reporting workflows
  • Familiarity with audience research and competitive intelligence platforms such as GWI and MediaRadar, or similar tools
  • Experience with social listening and publishing platforms such as Sprout Social, or similar tools, given Brand Media’s ownership of brand social

The PITCH.

We are creators, influencers, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We’re insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good shtuff that we can’t even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over seasoned) social pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

VaynerMedia is searching for a motivated, and highly organised person to join the strategy team as a Post Creative Strategist.

Strategy at VaynerMedia provides a crucial perspective on the business dynamics. We are a human centric, culture obsessed discipline where we dive deep into audience insights, media trends, cultural shifts, and tech innovations that inform our strategic recommendations. Our team is collectively redefining and modernizing the way our clients harness consumer and cultural intelligence, develop brand strategy and plan for attention.

The Post Creative Strategist role is our entry level strategy position and is focused on identifying insights and developing creative strategies and briefs for a social-first approach to marketing.

Here’s where you come in

  • Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels & relevant online conversations looking for highest impact opportunities to engage (including proactive identification of conversations & communities strategically and creatively relevant for the brand)
  • Continuous active listening on brands currently tracking every follower interaction: comments, responses, DM’s
  • Researching and analyzing brand and cultural trends and their relevance to our clients and creative campaigns
  • Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations, to produce creative briefs
  • Use third party tools to manage brand’s pages

  • Follow proper escalation systems, as needed, for followers with negative feedback.
  • Seek opportunities to insert the brand in social conversation, whether around relevant trending topics/news or engaging with social influencers/celebrities/other brands

We treasure Personality and Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:

  • College degree with a keen interest in brands, marketing and social media.
  • Bonus points if you consider yourself to be an expert in popular culture
  • Consider oneself a Social Media “know it all” and have experience working across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Can combine creativity and analytics with the ability to convert into a story
  • Innate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
  • Any experience using the following social listening tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Any experience putting together presentations in written form using google slides
  • Strong writing and verbal skills in English and German.

What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.

VaynerMedia is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This means that VaynerMedia provides equal employment opportunities to all staff members and job applicants without regard to gender, pregnancy, marital or civil partnership status, gender reassignment, race, disability, sexual orientation, religious belief, part time or fixed term employment, age or any other legally protected class.

A client is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to help set up and operate a newly purchased affiliate arbitrage business using an established training program and its provided tools, templates, systems, and support resources.

The client has access to detailed step-by-step training for building, testing, and monitoring affiliate campaigns. The VA will review and follow this training, complete the required campaign setup tasks, organize advertising and landing-page assets, submit materials for compliance approval, monitor active campaigns, and maintain accurate performance records.

This is primarily an execution and campaign-support position. The VA is not expected to independently create the overall affiliate marketing strategy or make unsupported decisions regarding advertising spend. Strategy and campaign decisions should follow the provided training, client direction, and available program coaching resources.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

  • Maintain campaign and profit-and-loss tracking spreadsheets
  • Record campaign activity and results accurately
  • Track active ads, landing pages, and offers
  • Identify performance issues or questions requiring client or coach review

Program & Technical Support

  • Use the program’s existing technical support and coaching resources when assistance is needed
  • Attend or review relevant training and coaching sessions as directed
  • Use available templates, AI tools, research resources, and creative libraries
  • Document recurring procedures so tasks can be completed consistently

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

As our Partnerships Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll drive growth by building and scaling global marketing partnerships—from strategy and partner selection through to activation, performance measurement, and optimization. Reporting to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations within the Marketing organization, you’ll sit at the intersection of growth, partnerships, and GTM, creating joint programs that expand Airalo’s reach and deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong partner marketing instincts with a growth mindset and can lead complex cross-functional work in a remote, global environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of partner campaigns across channels (owned, paid, partner channels, PR/Comms where relevant) in close collaboration with internal teams.

  • Define KPIs and measurement plans; track and report performance (e.g., incremental revenue, CAC efficiency, conversion, activation, engagement, retention impact depending on partnership type).

  • Build scalable operational processes: partner briefs, campaign timelines, approvals, assets, tracking, post-mortems, and learnings.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships/BD, Product, Brand/Comms, Legal, Finance, and Data to ensure programs launch smoothly and compliantly.

  • Contribute to building the long-term partnerships capability at Airalo, with the opportunity to grow into people leadership as the function scales.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, or partnerships with demonstrated outcomes.

  • Hands-on experience building and managing marketing partnerships that drive measurable growth (not just awareness).

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with execution excellence (you can go from strategy → plan → launch → learn).

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Analytical rigor: comfortable setting KPIs, working with tracking/attribution approaches, and turning data into decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, eSIM, telecom, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription/mobile apps.

  • Experience with affiliate networks / partner tools or structured partner programs.

  • Comfort with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, landing page/offer testing, channel tests) and attribution basics.

  • Experience running integrated campaigns (paid + owned + earned) with partners.

  • Prior people leadership experience or readiness to grow into people management.

Marketing Product Marketing Manager II at Sprout Social

Owns quarterly product launch programs and go-to-market strategy, creating positioning and messaging while coordinating cross-functional execution.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager II. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, and sits at the intersection of product, marketing and go-to-market strategy, alongside high-impact execution.

Why join Sprout’s Marketing team?

At Sprout Social, we don’t just market products—we set the pace for how breakthrough brands connect with the world. As the social intelligence platform powering the future of customer connection, our Marketing team is the driving force behind turning that vision into reality. We lead with clarity and act with speed to drive market leadership, generate demand, and accelerate customer expansion, all in close partnership with core cross-functional stakeholders.

Here, you’ll have the freedom to test bold ideas, learn fast, and shape the future of the global brands we empower. We measure success by the business results we create and a shared commitment to excellence in our craft. If you’re ready to own your impact, accelerate your career, and build the definitive system for business, this is where you belong.

What you’ll do

  • Be the voice of the product: Act as the end-to-end owner of our quarterly launch program and release engine, optimizing the workflows, processes, and high-impact resources to scale awareness and ensure our teams are equipped with value-forward stories across the portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functionally: Partner closely with key cross-functional partners including Marketing, Revenue, and R&D to deliver seamless events and collateral that showcase the power of Sprout’s AI-driven platform.
  • Shape product strategy: Serve as the dedicated product marketer for a select group of products at the core of Sprout’s platform, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support and giving these products a real champion in the market.

What you’ll bring

  • Strategic Storytelling: You also have a keen eye for positioning and building a story across many different inputs. You can translate technical updates into a value-forward narrative that resonates with our audience.
  • The “Execution” Mindset: While you appreciate strong storytelling, you also love the project management side of marketing—hitting hard deadlines while juggling tasks, stakeholders, and approvals while keeping a wide set of people on track without dropping a thread.
  • Data-Informed Decision Making: You use qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure the success of launches and iterate on future strategies.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You are a reliable partner who leads with empathy and clarity, even when managing tight schedules and complex dependencies.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You’re ready to help shape the role and redefine what good looks like as business needs evolve.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaigns, or relevant B2B SaaS functions.
  • Demonstrated success in project managing and driving end-to-end GTM campaigns self-sufficiently
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex concepts into clear updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced in navigating cross-functional approval processes across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet key deadlines.
  • Operational mindset with a solid understanding of GTM frameworks, messaging, and sales enablement execution.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience working in the software/SaaS industry
  • Experience in a dedicated Product Marketing role.
  • Experience in presentation creation and a high level of comfort using Canva to build or iterate on marketing collateral.

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Attending Sprout Social onboarding to learn our products, brand positioning, voice, and key messages.
  • Meeting with key stakeholders across Product, Revenue, and Brand Creative to understand current working relationships and release rituals.
  • Getting oriented on both halves of the role—our upcoming release milestones and the specific products you’ll own, including introductions to their product and sales counterparts.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Getting your hands onto our quarterly launch program, helping guide the execution of our next Breaking Ground event.
  • Familiarizing yourself with Sprout’s product strategy, development lifecycle, and current release/launch processes.
  • Beginning to take on positioning and messaging support for your assigned products.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Taking full ownership of “Breaking Ground,” establishing a repeatable, high-impact framework—and the KPIs to track it—that optimizes our launch reach and narrative depth.
  • Run cross-PMM initiatives to ensure teams have consistent, value-forward collateral that’s always up to date.
  • Independently driving product marketing—positioning, messaging, and GTM support—for your assigned products.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Reimagining our launch engine and taking our GTM programs to new levels of creativity and efficiency.
  • Surprising us! Use your unique ideas for AI-driven workflows or process improvements to change how our team works in ways we haven’t considered yet.

Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.

Our Benefits Program

Marketing Account-Based Marketing Manager at Shopmonkey

Runs enterprise account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinates cross-functional teams, and measures pipeline impact for B2B SaaS.

Mid Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As the ABM Manager at Shopmonkey, you’ll own our enterprise ABM program targeting Multi-Shop Operators (MSOs) and multi-location auto service businesses. The program is newly launched — strategy and foundation built, acquisition campaigns live for a few weeks — so you’ll contribute inside a moving motion right away, then shape and scale it as your own. You’ll bridge Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to accelerate enterprise sales cycles. We’re hiring as much for curiosity, aptitude, and growth potential as for experience. If you don’t check every box below but learn fast and want to build, we would still want to hear from you. Please note for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay area, this would be a hybrid role with 2 days/week in our Larkspur, CA office.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the program: Run tiered 1:1,1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns end to end — calendar, briefs, timelines, and coordination across internal teams and vendors.
  • Direct the channels: Set channel strategy and audiences across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and direct mail, partnering with our Paid Media Manager, who owns campaign build and optimization, as well as our Lifecycle Manager who owns email and SMS sequences.
  • Create the content: Build the assets that power the program — downloadables, personalized landing pages, and direct mail kits — with Product Marketing and Sales.
  • Own the data strategy: Drive target account lists, enrichment, and data quality with Sales and Marketing Ops, and partner with MOps on account scoring and instrumentation (you define what’s needed; they build it).
  • Measure and report: Track account engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI. Build exec-level visibility into the program — dashboards and recurring readouts that keep revenue leadership informed and bought in.

We Are Looking For People Who Have:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on ABM or account-targeted campaign work.
  • Experience marketing to Mid-Market or Enterprise buyers with multi-stakeholder sales cycles; selling to multi-location businesses (automotive, field services, franchises) is a strong plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills — essential for this role . You keep multi-workstream, cross-functional programs on schedule with clear owners, and you communicate crisply in writing and in the room, from campaign briefs to exec readouts.
  • Fluency in the core ABM channels — LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, direct mail, email, SMS — enough to set strategy and brief specialists well; console experience is a plus, not required.
  • Strong analytical skills, including B2B web analytics (GA4, UTMs, account-level vs. contact-level measurement), and experience building performance dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar) that give leadership a clear view of the program.
  • Comfortable partnering with Ops on CRM and scoring tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Fast learner, energized by early-stage ambiguity and a new vertical.

Nice to Have:

  • Vertical SaaS or automotive industry experience; familiarity with account-level attribution tools (Dreamdata, 6sense, or similar).

In the United States the range for this role is typically an OTE of $120,000 to $132,000 + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.

Why Shopmonkey?

Shopmonkey has become an amazing environment where employees feel that they are valued as people, and not just worker bees. To ensure that our team thrives, we invest in the following perks ( benefits below are mainly for U.S. based, full-time employees). Other benefits vary upon location outside of the United States, and employment status:

đŸ’ȘđŸŒ Health & Wellness

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits available the 1st of the month following hire date
  • Short term and long term disability
  • Employee assistance program
  • Reimbursement for a personal health and wellness membership
  • Generous parental leave
  • 401(k) available upon hire

✈ Time Off

  • 11 paid holidays
  • Flexible time off - take the time off you need!

đŸ„° Giving Back

  • Matching donations for approved charitable organizations

Marketing Director, Product Marketing at Lone Wolf Technologies

Director leads product marketing strategy, team, and go-to-market execution across product portfolio while owning positioning, messaging, and pricing.

Exec Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Director of Product Marketing is a senior role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, serving as the strategic voice of the market inside the organization and the voice of the product outside it. The position owns the master messaging architecture across all products, segments, and buyer personas, and sets the standard for how Lone Wolf is positioned across all channels.

What You’ll Own:

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of Strategic Product Marketers and the content developers who support them.
  • Hire, coach, and manage performance so the team keeps getting better, not just staying busy.
  • Set the process and quality bar every product marketer works against, so output is consistent no matter which product they’re covering.

GTM

  • Own the launch process: tiering, timelines, and the cross-functional checkpoints that make a launch land instead of scramble.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and major releases, coordinating timelines across product, sales, customer success, and demand generation.
  • Run pilots that test positioning and pricing before a launch goes wide.
  • Measure the impact of GTM programs against pipeline, adoption, and revenue goals, and adjust strategy accordingly

Positioning & Messaging

  • Carry final accountability for positioning and messaging across the portfolio. Each Product Marketer owns execution for their own products. You make sure it adds up to one Lone Wolf story.
  • Keep competitive intelligence current and built into how the team positions, not just a report that goes stale after launch.
  • Own product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, ensuring consistency from website copy to sales decks to customer communications.

Voice of Customer

  • Run Product Advisory Boards that give customers a real seat at the table.
  • Build structured feedback loops that feed positioning, packaging, and the product roadmap, not just a slide for quarterly reviews.

Packaging & Pricing

  • Own the packaging and pricing strategy and framework across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Finance and Product so every price reflects real customer value.

Content

  • Own all product marketing content: one-pagers, decks, and everything else the team produces.
  • Equip sales teams with battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling materials

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and product as peers, not as an order taker.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and translate features into customer-facing value.
  • Synthesize market and customer feedback into roadmap input for the product management team.
  • Report on GTM and pricing performance to executive stakeholders.
  • Manages all activities in Accounts Payable for multiple entities based in the U.S.
  • Ensure timely vouchering and payment of vendor invoices
  • Assist with Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable and company purchasing credit cards
  • Maintain accurate records and control reports
  • Perform timely month end close activities
  • Familiarity with payments via ACH, wire transfers and Online Bill Payment
  • Project work as assigned to include migrating newly acquired entities from legacy systems to Company’s NetSuite application

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years in product marketing, including at least 6 years managing or leading a team of product marketers.
  • Experience in residential real estate, proptech, or a closely adjacent vertical (mortgage, title, insurance, or similar). You understand how brokers, agents, and MLSs actually work.
  • Experience owning positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple products or a portfolio, not just one product line.
  • Experience owning pricing and packaging for B2B SaaS products, ideally across a multi-product portfolio.
  • A track record of building a repeatable GTM or launch process at a large, complex organization.
  • Experience running structured customer feedback programs (advisory boards, win/loss, or similar) and turning that input into decisions, not just a report.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up research, content creation, and analysis. This isn’t a nice-to-have at Lone Wolf. We expect you to actually use it.
  • Sharp, direct writing and the judgment to know when a launch is ready and when it isn’t.
  • Experience partnering with demand generation, sales, and customer marketing leaders as peers, not just service providers.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing distributed or international team members.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product positioning.
  • Time at a real estate brokerage, franchise, or agent-facing company before moving into product marketing.
