Leads cloud operations team to standardize, automate, and scale production management across customer cloud environments while partnering with engineering teams.
Who we are
At Domino, we build software that helps the largest, AI-driven organizations build and operate advanced data science and AI solutions at scale. Our platform integrates a streamlined model development environment, MLOps capabilities, and novel features for collaboration, reuse, and reproducibility â all of which make data science teams more productive, reduce time to value, and ensure compliance. Our customers â like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bristol Myers, UBS, FINRA and the US Navy â are using our software to solve some of the most important challenges in the world, such as developing new medicines, securing our financial markets, or protecting our country. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake and other leading investors, we have been in business for a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. Especially in the world of AI today, we believe that the future is still being invented â and we want to be the ones building it. For more information, visit www.domino.ai
What we are building
The Cloud Operations team at Domino is building the operating capability that helps us safely and reliably manage a growing fleet of customer cloud environments.
As Dominoâs cloud footprint grows, we want routine production operations to become increasingly standardized, observable, and easy to execute safely. Cloud Operations sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Platform Services, Support, and SRE, taking ownership of the day-to-day operating system around cloud changes while partnering with engineering teams to continually improve the underlying tooling.
This is a founding role with an opportunity to shape how the function works. You will help turn recurring production work into clear, repeatable operating paths; identify where better tooling or automation can remove operational friction; and create a model that can scale without requiring engineering involvement in every routine change.

Executive Assistant manages calendar, coordinates priorities, and provides administrative support to founder and chief of staff at a B2B AI search agency.
Ellipsis is emerging as a market leader in âGEOâ for B2B technology companies. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-moving and ambitious agency.
The transition to AI search has put a lot of the SEO industry on the back foot. Ellipsis has always been consultative/strategic in our approach, we started building AI search products in 2021 on GPT-2, and thus this has been a time for us to thrive.
Today, we think we have a better understanding of AI search than almost anyone else. We have both the tracking product (built in-house), the data (~25 million AI answers for analysis, with more tracked weekly), and the execution end-to-end from strategy, to writing, to in-house design, to optimisation, and performance reporting.
Weâre looking for an Executive Assistant to help our Founder and Managing Director, Alex, and our Chief of Staff, Anna, make the best possible use of their time, while ensuring important work across the business is prepared, coordinated and followed through. Youâll provide day-to-day EA support to Alex and work closely with Anna on wider business matters.
You will be the metronome that helps the business keep moving. Your work will be extremely high-impact, and youâll be involved at a high level across the business. This is not a general operations role: your focus is excellent executive support, careful coordination and practical follow-through.
This position can be broken down as follows:
60% support to Alex.
40% support to Anna on wider business priorities, including finance and people administration.
Remote work requires trust, and in this role this will be absolutely critical. Trust is built over time, and accordingly your responsibilities will grow over time. Our hope is that you will prove indispensable to the business, but we understand it will take months to get to this place. Thus, below is a list of some of the responsibilities youâll be able to grow into over time.
Your most important responsibility is helping Alex maximise his time, protect his attention, reduce unnecessary context-switching, and stay focused on the work where he adds the most value.
You will report directly to Anna. Outside of supporting Alex, your role is to help her deliver wider team and business priorities.
Your capability matters a lot more to us than your experience, and we would recommend you tailor your application with this in mind. We want to hear from you rather than ChatGPT. Please keep this in mind in particular with the screening questions.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role (UK/EU based). Work from home, or the beach!
28 days of paid holiday
4-day work week, once a month (instead of local bank holidays seeing as we are based across the world)
Regular team retreats; last was Istanbul, previously in Edinburgh, Oxford, Madrid, and Budapest
Support for your growth, whether thatâs upskilling, training, or exploring the direction you want to develop in
Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and sick pay
The application process
Itâs important we find the best candidate for this position, and our selection process will reflect this.
Much of our company Wiki is externally accessible, and youâre encouraged to read through this before applying. We have a very useful guide to our interview process available here. This tells you what weâre looking for and reading this will significantly increase your chance of success!
Weâll review applications on a rolling basis but interviews start after the closing date. Thereâs thus no benefit to rushing to apply: we will bias heavily towards your applicationâs answers rather than your CV, and weâd love for you to take your time.
Weâre fortunate to receive a large volume of applications. You can make your application stand out by paying special attention to the main responsibilities of this role, and âhow to applyâ. If you think youâre a fit, or could be a fit â go for it!
We use video calls for interviews. Youâll have video interviews using Google Meet, including with members of the Leadership Team and the Founder.
We understand that this is as much you interviewing us, as the other way round. Throughout the interview process, weâre extremely happy to answer your questions about the business, working here, and the future of the company.
The final stage of our hiring process is a paid test project, which will be similar to work you could expect to do if you were hired. Weâll give you a week to complete the project, and expect it to be 4-6 hours of work.
Following the completion of trial projects, weâll ask for professional references from your previous 2 managers. We ask candidates to introduce us to their references, for a 10 minute call.
We do great work for clients and are building an ethical business that lets everyone do their best work. If you think you could be the next person to join our team, please apply :)
How to apply
Please apply through Workable: https://apply.workable.com/getellipsis. We will decide who progresses to the next stage based on the form you submit, and your CV. Please give us a good reason to select you! Taking the time to research the role, what weâre looking for, what we do, and what you can do for us will increase your chance of success. Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this. Please do not email either Anna or Alex, this will not help your application.
Ellipsis is an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunity.
The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 20 September 2026.

Provides high-level executive support to leadership, managing calendars, coordinating priorities, and ensuring efficient operations across the business.

Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this. Please do not email either Anna or Alex, this will not help your application.
Ellipsis is an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunity.
The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 20 September 2026.

Builds and manages product compliance frameworks, testing strategies, and regulatory processes across a diverse cookware and home goods product portfolio while ensuring adherence to global safety standards.
The Opportunity
Caraway Home is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Product Safety & Compliance to build our product compliance function from the ground up and own what we call the Caraway Promise, a testing-obsessed, transparency-first approach to product safety that sets the bar for the industry. The Caraway Promise exists because we believe in transparency, not because the industry requires transparency.
This is a foundational role, the first dedicated compliance hire at Caraway, responsible for building the frameworks, lab relationships, testing strategy, supply chain diligence, claims substantiation, and regulatory sequencing across a diverse and growing product portfolio. You will own the full compliance lifecycle across Carawayâs product categories (cookware, bakeware, electrical items, food contact materials, textiles, and packaging), always meeting or exceeding the most stringent applicable global standard to establish industry-leading Caraway protocols and procedures. You will be US-based, work closely with Asia-based suppliers and third-party labs (particularly in China), and build the internal systems and processes that let Caraway scale compliantly, credibly, and with confidence.
Additionally, an important responsibility of this role is disseminating key information, labels, and results to support marketing initiatives. You need to be a strong communicator, working collaboratively with cross functional teams, to broadcast and showcase the diligence Caraway is taking across its entire product portfolio in regards to compliance, being able to assist with crafting accurate, transparent, educational and understandable language and messaging that resonates with our consumer.
This position reports to our Director, Product Development.
Who You Are
You have ten or more years of product safety and regulatory compliance experience in consumer goods, ideally grounded in chemistry, materials science, or applied laboratory research, with deep expertise in food contact materials, cookware, kitchen appliances, or an adjacent hard goods category. You know FDA, LFGB, EU Framework Regulation (EC) No 1935â2004, REACH, CA Prop 65, CA AB 1200, NSF, FSC, and CPSC requirements not as acronyms on a checklist, but as frameworks youâve navigated hands-on, including where global standards diverge. Youâll use this fluency to scale the Caraway Promise internationally: building a testing and compliance framework that anticipates global standards.
You are a builder and a scientist at heart, ready to own a compliance program entirely: selecting labs, building testing matrices, writing material certification requirements, establishing supplier audit cadences, and designing the studies needed to substantiate product claims. You operate comfortably across cultures and time zones, with direct experience working with labs and manufacturers in Asia, particularly China. You communicate complex science and regulatory requirements clearly to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain) and external partners alike, and you see internal education as core to the job.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining base pay at offer, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, and experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role.

Leads cloud operations functions, standardizes production processes, and builds repeatable operating procedures for managing customer cloud environments at scale.
Who we are
At Domino, we build software that helps the largest, AI-driven organizations build and operate advanced data science and AI solutions at scale.

Youâll also provide calendar and administrative support to our VP, People; assist with select personal tasks so the CEOâs time is spent where it matters most; and, in the short term, help run our New York City office. This role suits someone equally comfortable driving executive priorities, managing complex logistics, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Youâll report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, rounding out the support functions for the CEOâs office.
What youâll do:
Executive Business Partnership â CEO (~50%)
Support to VP, People (~15%)
Personal Assistance to the CEO (~15%)
Office Management â New York City (~20%)
What weâre looking for
Why this role
Our CEO needs a partner who can be fully relied on â someone who keeps professional and personal priorities running smoothly and creates the space needed to lead the company effectively. At the same time, our VP of People requires dedicated calendar and administrative support as the team scales, and our growing New York City office needs steady, consistent support during this period of growth. This role sits at the center of all three, offering a high-trust vantage point across executive leadership, People Operations, and office operations, with meaningful variety in scope from week to week.
