Executive Assistant manages calendar, coordinates priorities, and provides administrative support to founder and chief of staff at a B2B AI search agency.
Ellipsis is emerging as a market leader in “GEO” for B2B technology companies. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-moving and ambitious agency.
The transition to AI search has put a lot of the SEO industry on the back foot. Ellipsis has always been consultative/strategic in our approach, we started building AI search products in 2021 on GPT-2, and thus this has been a time for us to thrive.
Today, we think we have a better understanding of AI search than almost anyone else. We have both the tracking product (built in-house), the data (~25 million AI answers for analysis, with more tracked weekly), and the execution end-to-end from strategy, to writing, to in-house design, to optimisation, and performance reporting.
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to help our Founder and Managing Director, Alex, and our Chief of Staff, Anna, make the best possible use of their time, while ensuring important work across the business is prepared, coordinated and followed through. You’ll provide day-to-day EA support to Alex and work closely with Anna on wider business matters.
You will be the metronome that helps the business keep moving. Your work will be extremely high-impact, and you’ll be involved at a high level across the business. This is not a general operations role: your focus is excellent executive support, careful coordination and practical follow-through.
This position can be broken down as follows:
60% support to Alex.
40% support to Anna on wider business priorities, including finance and people administration.
Remote work requires trust, and in this role this will be absolutely critical. Trust is built over time, and accordingly your responsibilities will grow over time. Our hope is that you will prove indispensable to the business, but we understand it will take months to get to this place. Thus, below is a list of some of the responsibilities you’ll be able to grow into over time.
Your most important responsibility is helping Alex maximise his time, protect his attention, reduce unnecessary context-switching, and stay focused on the work where he adds the most value.
You will report directly to Anna. Outside of supporting Alex, your role is to help her deliver wider team and business priorities.
Your capability matters a lot more to us than your experience, and we would recommend you tailor your application with this in mind. We want to hear from you rather than ChatGPT. Please keep this in mind in particular with the screening questions.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role (UK/EU based). Work from home, or the beach!
28 days of paid holiday
4-day work week, once a month (instead of local bank holidays seeing as we are based across the world)
Regular team retreats; last was Istanbul, previously in Edinburgh, Oxford, Madrid, and Budapest
Support for your growth, whether that’s upskilling, training, or exploring the direction you want to develop in
Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and sick pay
The application process
It’s important we find the best candidate for this position, and our selection process will reflect this.
Much of our company Wiki is externally accessible, and you’re encouraged to read through this before applying. We have a very useful guide to our interview process available here. This tells you what we’re looking for and reading this will significantly increase your chance of success!
We’ll review applications on a rolling basis but interviews start after the closing date. There’s thus no benefit to rushing to apply: we will bias heavily towards your application’s answers rather than your CV, and we’d love for you to take your time.
We’re fortunate to receive a large volume of applications. You can make your application stand out by paying special attention to the main responsibilities of this role, and “how to apply”. If you think you’re a fit, or could be a fit – go for it!
We use video calls for interviews. You’ll have video interviews using Google Meet, including with members of the Leadership Team and the Founder.
We understand that this is as much you interviewing us, as the other way round. Throughout the interview process, we’re extremely happy to answer your questions about the business, working here, and the future of the company.
The final stage of our hiring process is a paid test project, which will be similar to work you could expect to do if you were hired. We’ll give you a week to complete the project, and expect it to be 4-6 hours of work.
Following the completion of trial projects, we’ll ask for professional references from your previous 2 managers. We ask candidates to introduce us to their references, for a 10 minute call.
We do great work for clients and are building an ethical business that lets everyone do their best work. If you think you could be the next person to join our team, please apply :)
How to apply
Please apply through Workable: https://apply.workable.com/getellipsis. We will decide who progresses to the next stage based on the form you submit, and your CV. Please give us a good reason to select you! Taking the time to research the role, what we’re looking for, what we do, and what you can do for us will increase your chance of success. Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this. Please do not email either Anna or Alex, this will not help your application.
Ellipsis is an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunity.
The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 20 September 2026.

Owns sales and customer success operational execution, identifying workflow inefficiencies and defining process improvements to reduce manual work.
About Us:
ChowNow is one of the leading players in off-premise restaurant technology. As takeout becomes a vital revenue stream for independent restaurants, our platform helps owners focus on what they do best—serving great food—by offering solutions across the entire digital dining experience. From building branded websites and mobile apps, to powering online orders, managing menus, consolidating delivery, and running targeted marketing, we give restaurants the tools to grow on their own terms.
We support thousands of restaurants across North America, helping process $1B+ in gross food sales while saving our partners over $700M in third-party commission fees. Through our white-label ordering solutions, a growing demand network (including Google, Yelp, Apple, and Snap), and a diner-friendly marketplace, we empower independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and avoid inflated pricing and fees charged by 3rd party delivery apps like Uber and Doordash.
Founded in 2012, we’ve navigated rapid growth and transformation—from startup roots through the pandemic boom—and are now beginning an exciting new era under our CEO, Kanika Soni. As we evolve with new leadership and cutting-edge tools, we’re deepening our commitment to helping local restaurants thrive in the digital economy.
About the Position:
As the Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be the business partner embedded deeply within Sales and CS, owning operational execution. You’ll spot the friction and pain points, see exactly where workflows and processes break down, and define what actually needs to change — whether it’s a workflow, a checklist, an ROE, or a comp trigger.
You bring the process rigor and the Business Systems team brings the technical chops to build durable & scalable systems. You define the what and why, translating a business need into a specific, buildable requirement — but you don’t touch the systems yourself. The throughline across everything you do is reducing operational burden, especially manual work, so sales reps and customer success teams can focus on what actually drives impact.
This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and will not have any direct reports.
This is a remote role based in the United States. Please note: ChowNow is not eligible to employ in every state and the recruiting team will confirm location and eligibility before moving past initial stages.
WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU:
You put restaurants first. You deeply understand the importance of local restaurants and put them at the center of everything you do. You aim to help them not only survive but thrive.
You celebrate diversity. You recognize that diversity and inclusivity matter. You’re committed to progress, which means everyone gets the support and resources they need, no matter who they are. You have an ability to listen to other team members’ ideas and can thrive in an environment that embraces individuality. Everyone’s voice counts.
You raise your hand. You consistently go above and beyond what is asked of you. You help your peers accomplish their tasks while also excelling at accomplishing your own. When you have a smart idea, you raise your hand and share it.
You keep reaching. You set clear ambitious goals. You don’t allow yourself to become complacent with where you’re at and what you’ve done, so you seek out new opportunities and challenges.
General duties
Comp operationalization: defines comp calculation logic, QA’s plan payouts, and maintains SPIFF/addendum tracking — the operational counterpart to comp design
Ad-hoc reporting for both teams
Spotting and specifying process improvements that make day-to-day easier
Sales Operations
Own territory transfers, assignment, and evaluation with sales leadership.
Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to build and enforce the discount approval workflows, and support the deal desk function for non-standard deal configurations.
Define pipeline stage entry and exit criteria across the sales lifecycle.
Own forecasting and pipeline health reporting — building and maintaining the reports reps and managers actually use day to day.
Process end of month commissions and SPIFF payouts accurately
Document sales rules of engagement (ROE) and maintain the source of truth for processes and Salesforce materials.
Onboarding Operations
Define and manage the onboarding checklist, escalations, stages, and SLAs. Prioritize “what actually matters” based on evidence, not habit.
Establish consistent handoff process from sales to onboarding and Restaurant success
Partner with Business Systems on Salesforce implementation needs — custom fields, reports, or automations.
Ensure proper tracking is in place to assess impact once changes go live.
Customer Success Operations
Define and manage customer stages from onboarding through adoption, renewal, expansion, and churn.
Establish health score logic (what inputs should matter & why), account risk alerts, and workflows with leadership.
Operationalize new customer segmentation based on revenue and potential (new segmentation design sits with the GTM Strategy lead)
Reallocate account portfolios balancing RSM workload
Partner with GTM leadership on capacity planning to ensure workload matches team bandwidth and reps are focused on the highest-impact accounts & tasks to drive the best outcomes
Process end of month commission and SPIFFS
Define outreach sequence logic and cadence for hibernated, downgrade accounts and win back accounts, partnering with Business Systems on build.
Reporting and Process Improvement
Develop and maintain accurate customer data and team activity in Salesforce
Own data hygiene for clean reporting
Recommend and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency and consistency.
Audit CRM data, fields, objects, and lifecycle stages to ensure alignment with business processes.
Have 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, customer success operations, or a similar cross-functional business partner role. Experience with comp plan administration or SPIFF/addendum tracking is a plus
Have strong operational judgment — you know exactly what a rep or post sales rep needs to be more effective, and can turn that into a clear, buildable requirement rather than a vague ask
Are comfortable navigating Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong (PlanHat is a nice to have) well enough to build your own reports and pull ad-hoc data
Are fluent enough in systems and data to speak the same language as a Biz Systems or engineering counterpart, without losing anything in translation
Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions proactively while working with minimal direction
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy work environment and aren’t afraid to ask probing questions
Have a high attention to detail, as your specs and reporting directly shape what gets built and how performance gets tracked
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with employees of all levels, including sales and CS leadership
Have a proven ability to make data-informed decisions and thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines with changing priorities
Can diagnose root cause — distinguishing whether a performance gap is a training issue, a metrics/reporting issue, or a comp misalignment issue
The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.

About the Position:
As the Marketing & Partner Operations Manager, you will be the owner of the systems and infrastructure that drive demand generation and partner-sourced growth. You are expected to identify the problem impacting funnel performance and ensure the system changes are made, end-to-end, to improve efficiency across the revenue engine.
You drive impact on the acquisition side by building durable systems that make channel and partner performance visible and improvable, not just reported after the fact. You define the fix and configure the system directly as a HubSpot admin, partnering with Business Systems, and you’ll need enough fluency in Salesforce to ensure these systems connect seamlessly.
This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and will not have any direct reports.

Reporting & Workflows
Own top of funnel lead routing & assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management, built and maintained directly in HubSpot. Partner with Biz Systems on LeanData-side configuration
Establish clear rules of engagement and ensure attribution logic is accurate, so leads are correctly mapped to the right channel — maintaining the data integrity needed to measure channel ROI with confidence.
Accelerate revenue and improve pipeline hygiene by implementing automations and workflows across the lead-to-customer lifecycle.
Proactively identify and fix funnel inefficiencies — including MQL/PQL → SQL handoff rules and SLAs with the Sales & CS Business Partner — to improve speed to lead and conversion metrics.
Partner with GTM Analytics and Biz Systems on Salesforce data needs for models like Propensity to Revenue or Propensity to Close — ensuring the right fields exist, data flows cleanly between systems, and resulting scores land in Salesforce in a usable way. Model logic and validation stay with GTM Strategy & Analytics.
Partner with the B2B Marketing team to improve lead management and nurture across all channels (marketing, partnerships, rep-gen) — how and when leads get warmed for the Sales team.
Deliver ad-hoc reporting for Marketing & Partnerships teams.
Forecast and project expected pipeline contribution by channel to support GTM planning.
Marketing Ops
Own end-to-end delivery of marketing workflows and campaigns — build, launch, and post-launch verification — to keep the funnel healthy and acquisition on track.
Manage the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce infrastructure, integration, and field mapping requirements.
Standardize campaign management and reporting in SFDC to ensure consistent tracking across Marketing-sourced pipeline.
Partner closely with Marketing team to execute, measure, and scale multi-channel campaigns
Partnerships Ops
Own end-to-end delivery of partnerships workflows and campaigns — build, launch, and post-launch verification — to keep the partner pipeline healthy and performing.
Own partner tech infrastructure including Partnerstack and Salesforce, integration, and field mapping requirements
Analyze partner-level lead quality and conversion, collaborate with Partnerships team on incentive experiments to boost performance, and track impact to learn what works
Monitor partner discount usage, ensuring discounts are only applied to partner-referred deals and flagging misuse that could erode ASP. (Comp design sits with GTM Strategy & Analytics; comp operationalization sits with the Sales & CS Business Partner).
Have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar systems-focused role, with hands-on HubSpot administration experience
Have a background in B2B SaaS
Are a genuine systems builder — comfortable owning a HubSpot instance end to end, not just using one
Have real depth in lead-to-cash mechanics: routing, scoring, enrichment, campaign tracking, conversion, and attribution
Instinctively look for where automation can remove manual work and speed up the funnel
Can go from “here’s the problem” to “here’s the system change that fixes it” without a handoff
Have enough fluency in Salesforce to ensure HubSpot and SFDC connect seamlessly. PartnerStack experience is a plus
Have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions proactively while working with minimal direction
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, scrappy work environment and aren’t afraid to ask probing questions
Have a high attention to detail, particularly around data hygiene, access/permissions, and workflow configuration
Are a strong cross-functional communicator, especially with Marketing and Partnerships stakeholders

Regional manager oversees Southwest market operations, balances supply/demand for process servers, identifies performance issues, manages key relationships, and drives strategic improvements across Arizona and Texas.
About ABC:
ABC Legal Service is proud to be the national leader in filing service of legal documents. We are growing and are looking for talented new team members to support our growth and solve exciting challenges! We are a team of 1100+ with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Tampa, Chicago, Washington DC, and more. Seattle is our home and headquarters. We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 40 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer.
Job Overview:
You own our major Southwest markets end-to-end, with our highest priority focus in Arizona and Texas. That means identifying problematic areas in the market before a scorecard tells you, knowing where supply and demand are out of balance, carrying the relationships with our highest-volume servers yourself, and being accountable for the region hitting its KPIs. This role is well suited to someone who has previously worked in a market that was underperforming and knows how to turn it around.
You bring a data background — someone who doesn’t wait for a report but goes and collects the data themselves, then pairs it with on-the-ground judgment to decide what to do next.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate with centralized Process Server Network teams and with project managers to implement changes on the ground. You drive real change in your market and feed learnings back so what works in the Southwest can scale across the network. You’ll also work closely with Compliance when improvements touch evidence chain or court delivery, and with Support & Experience teams on network-facing communications and support tooling.
This is a builder role. You’ll be writing the playbook and executing it in real time. This position is remote, but you must be located in Arizona or Texas.
What You’ll Own
What We’re Looking For
You’ve owned a local market for a gig, delivery, or field service business, ideally one that was underperforming when you took it on. What matters most is that you’ve actually balanced supply and demand by combining in-market observations with data you collected yourself, coached someone to higher performance in a frontline or contract role, managed W2 employees through the formal parts of the job (time cards, performance reviews), and are willing to experiment, iterate, and quickly scale the best learnings.
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
We know that a company’s success starts with its employees. We also know that an individual’s success starts with the right career opportunity. Join our team today!
Pay: $70,000–$85,000, (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Travel: ~20%
This position is remote, but you must be located in Arizona or Texas.
Executive Assistant manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and provides high-level administrative support to C-suite executives while handling business operations tasks.
Headquarters: Oxford, UK
URL: https://getellipsis.com
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to help our Founder and Managing Director, Alex, and our Chief of Staff, Anna, make the best possible use of their time, while ensuring important work across the business is prepared, coordinated and followed through. You'll provide day-to-day EA support to Alex and work closely with Anna on wider business matters.
Â
Your most important responsibility is helping Alex maximise his time, protect his attention, reduce unnecessary context-switching, and stay focused on the work where he adds the most value.
Â
You will report directly to Anna. Outside of supporting Alex, your role is to help her deliver wider team and business priorities.
Â
Your capability matters a lot more to us than your experience, and we would recommend you tailor your application with this in mind. We want to hear from you rather than ChatGPT. Please keep this in mind in particular with the screening questions.
Â
Â
It's important we find the best candidate for this position, and our selection process will reflect this.
Much of our company wiki is externally accessible, and you're encouraged to read through this before applying. We have a very useful guide to our interview process available here. This tells you what we're looking for and reading this will significantly increase your chance of success!
We'll review applications on a rolling basis but interviews start after the closing date. There's thus no benefit to rushing to apply: we will bias heavily towards your application's answers rather than your CV, and we'd love for you to take your time.
We're fortunate to receive a large volume of applications. You can make your application stand out by paying special attention to the main responsibilities of this role, and "how to apply". If you think you're a fit, or could be a fit – go for it!
We use video calls for interviews. You'll have video interviews using Google Meet, including with members of the Leadership Team and the Founder.
We understand that this is as much you interviewing us, as the other way round. Throughout the interview process, we're extremely happy to answer your questions about the business, working here, and the future of the company.
The final stage of our hiring process is a paid test project, which will be similar to work you could expect to do if you were hired. We'll give you a week to complete the project, and expect it to be 4-6 hours of work.
Following the completion of trial projects, we'll ask for professional references from your previous 2 managers. We ask candidates to introduce us to their references, for a 10 minute call.
We do great work for clients and are building an ethical business that lets everyone do their best work. If you think you could be the next person to join our team, please apply :)
Â
Please apply through Workable: https://apply.workable.com/getellipsis/j/C4645A1DB1/apply/. We will decide who progresses to the next stage based on the form you submit, and your CV. Please give us a good reason to select you! Taking the time to research the role, what we're looking for, what we do, and what you can do for us will increase your chance of success. Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this.
Ellipsis is an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunity.
The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 20 September 2026.Â

Director leads sales operations end-to-end including deal desk, pricing strategy, pipeline infrastructure, and reporting to optimize revenue processes.
Ketch is redefining responsible data use for the AI era. Thousands of brands rely on our software to responsibly collect, control, and activate compliant, clean data across their enterprise ecosystem. The Ketch Data Permissioning Platform simplifies privacy and consent operations, increases revenue from advertising, data, and AI initiatives, and builds trust with customers and partners. Unlike legacy tools that stop at cookie banners, Ketch governs how data is actually used across a company’s entire stack, with no-code setup that gets customers live in weeks, not quarters.
As privacy regulations expand across the globe and AI transforms how companies use data, the demand for what Ketch has built has never been greater. Data privacy sits at the intersection of law, technology, and consumer trust, making it one of the most exciting and fastest-moving fields in software today.
At Ketch, we’re serious about our values of passion, growth, grit, collaboration, and integrity. We’re a 65-person, Series B company backed by top-tier investors, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers while shaping how the world handles data responsibly. We’re a rapidly growing, fast-paced, mission-based organization filled with a passionate, close-knit team all operating at the top of their game.
Benefits and Perks
Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of premiums paid for US-based full-time employees
Unlimited PTO, with employees encouraged to take at least 15 days a year
10 paid company holidays
Paid parental leave
Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling built around core collaboration hours
Commuter benefits for office-based employees
You’ll work hand-in-hand with GTM leadership and the sales team and will partner regularly with Finance, Legal, and Marketing to help optimize the deal cycle. You’ll own Sales Operations end-to-end: the deal desk, pricing strategy and approvals, pipeline and forecast infrastructure, and the reporting and analysis that helps Sales leadership run the business. You will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations/SMB Sales, and you two will partner closely on the broader revenue operations agenda.
At Ketch, operations sits at the intersection of systems, process, and data: you’ll design systems that minimize manual processes wherever reasonable – building for scale rather than an automation that gets torn out in six months. Those systems capture the data needed to analyze GTM processes, and those analyses drive the next round of process and systems improvements.
AI is changing what a lean operations team can accomplish. Rather than building out separate ops leads, system admins, and pods of analysts, we are looking for one exceptional operator who works with AI to cover that ground: streamlining systems improvements and building AI-powered tools that put data and analysis directly in the hands of Sales leaders.
This is a remote role within the United States.
Deal Desk & Pricing:
Own the deal desk. Structure, review, and shepherd non-standard deals from quote through approval, and be the person Sales calls when a deal does not fit the standard shape. Keep the approval path fast and predictable, and make the standard shape the easy one to sell.
Own pricing strategy and operations: packaging, price books, discount guardrails, approval thresholds, and the quote-to-close mechanics that enforce them. Analyze realized discounting, win rates by price point, and deal shape to recommend pricing changes, and build the case for them with data.
Partner with Finance and Legal on contract terms, order forms, and revenue recognition inputs so the deal desk speeds deals up rather than slowing them down.
Pipeline, Forecast & Reporting:
Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and the forecast cadence. Give Sales leadership a forecast they trust and can defend, and the reporting to see where it is drifting before quarter end.
Build the reporting and self-serve dashboards Sales leaders, managers, and reps use daily: pipeline coverage, conversion by stage and segment, velocity, quota attainment, activity-to-outcome linkage, and territory performance.
Run the analyses that change how Sales operates, not just report the numbers. Segment profitability, ROI on sales investments, ramp and productivity by cohort, win/loss patterns. Construct the business case, and tell the story.
Systems:
Design durable systems, not quick fixes. Do the math: quantify and prioritize business value before investing in automation. Ensure every system captures the data needed to analyze the process it runs. Make responsible, effective use of company assets.
Own the Sales side of the CRM and the surrounding stack (CPQ or quoting, forecasting, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence), including the workflow, data model, and integration work that keeps it clean.
Work with AI tools to accelerate systems design, administration, and integration work that historically required dedicated admins. Build AI-driven analytical tools and self-serve reporting that let Sales leaders answer their own questions. Continuously evaluate where AI can replace manual processes, and where it shouldn’t.
Planning:

Example systems include: Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ and quoting tools, forecasting platforms, sales engagement and conversation intelligence tooling
Demonstrated experience running analyses that informed pricing, process, or systems changes
Fluency with the numbers that run a sales org: pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, ASP, discount realization, quota attainment
Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI to multiply your output in systems work, analytics, or tool-building; be prepared to show us what you’ve built
Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor: you are the Sales Ops team, augmented by AI, and you like it that way
