Product Associate Director, Product Strategy (US) at Code and Theory

Associate Director owns product strategy workstreams, develops frameworks and roadmaps, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and applies AI tools to research, synthesis, and deliverables.

Senior Remote Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Associate Director, Product is a developing senior practitioner who owns strategy workstreams within larger engagements and is taking on growing client relationship responsibility. This person works confidently across the full range of strategic product work with growing independence and is building the presence and judgment to lead in the room. They are accountable for ensuring that strategy doesn’t stop at the recommendation — that the thinking is clear, sequenced, and grounded enough for a team to act on it — and are increasingly the person who bridges that gap in practice. They use AI tools actively and independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation — with developing judgment about where tools strengthen the work and where they introduce risk. They are also beginning to bring that perspective into client conversations, surfacing where AI can help clients move faster or build more durable internal capability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own discovery workstreams within engagements — competitive research, stakeholder interviews, user needs synthesis — and translate outputs into clear, actionable product insights
  • Develop product frameworks, vision documents, and roadmap inputs that reflect a clear strategic point of view, grounded in business goals and user reality. Translate that thinking into sequenced, scoped direction, defining what gets built first and why in terms a client and a delivery team can both follow
  • Build and apply prioritization models that help clients make deliberate decisions about where to focus. Facilitate alignment sessions with the confidence to move a room from competing options to a clear position, including in the face of disagreement, rather than presenting trade-offs and leaving the call to someone else
  • Ensure strategic direction is expressed in terms a delivery team can act on: reviewing, shaping, and where needed writing user stories that carry the intent of the strategy into the work without losing specificity or getting lost in abstraction
  • Contribute to defining success metrics for engagements and use data and research outputs to validate strategic recommendations, and to flag confidently when a direction needs revisiting
  • Apply AI tools independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation with developing judgment about where they sharpen thinking and where human interpretation is what matters
  • Begin advising clients on where AI thinking can be embedded into their teams and ways of working, under senior direction
  • Support Senior Directors in new business contexts and develop junior practitioners through active coaching

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 6+ years of experience in product strategy, digital strategy, or a related role, with a track record of owning strategy workstreams with limited oversight. Experience carrying that work through to delivery decisions or measurable outcomes is strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge across the core areas of strategic product work with the ability to structure a discovery, develop a vision, build a prioritization model, interpret analysis, and ensure strategic intent is expressed in delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic thinking into concrete, actionable direction, including shaping or reviewing user stories and product requirements so that a delivery team can work from them without losing the strategic intent behind them
  • Comfort facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, holding a clear position under pushback, and making trade-off calls when full alignment isn’t achievable
  • Ability to synthesize competitive research, user data, and business context into product recommendations that go beyond best practice with a clear, defensible point of view
  • Active, independent fluency with AI tools for research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation with developing judgment about where they help and where they fall short
  • Emerging understanding of AI as an organizational capability, and beginning confidence in surfacing those implications for clients
  • Demonstrated ability to develop junior practitioners and manage defined project workstreams with reliability and independence

Product Director, Medicare Advantage Strategy at Twin Health

Director develops Medicare Advantage strategy and market expertise to inform product, clinical, and commercial decisions across the organization.

Lead Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

We are looking for a Director, Medicare Advantage Strategy to bring deep Medicare Advantage expertise to Twin as we build and scale our offering for MA members and health plan partners.

This person will be Twin’s internal expert on the Medicare Advantage population, ecosystem, and market. You will help us deeply understand MA members—their needs, behaviors, barriers, care experiences, and expectations—and translate that expertise into better product, clinical, operational, and commercial decisions.

You will partner closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and executive leadership to help shape Twin’s Medicare Advantage strategy and member experience. You will bring an informed perspective on what works, what doesn’t, what health plans expect, and where the market is headed—helping Twin anticipate needs and opportunities rather than simply reacting to them.

This is an ideal role for someone who has spent significant time in Medicare Advantage and wants to use that expertise to help build a differentiated, technology- and AI-enabled model of metabolic care for the Medicare population.

You will also serve as an external voice for Twin on Medicare Advantage, representing the company with customers, partners, industry groups, panels, and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Twin’s subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage, bringing deep knowledge of MA members, health plans, care models, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Develop a deep, continuously evolving understanding of the MA member, including health needs, motivations, technology comfort, accessibility needs, care-seeking behaviors, social needs, engagement barriers, and expectations of their health plan and care providers.
  • Advise Product, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams on how Twin’s member experience and care model should evolve for the Medicare population.
  • Partner with the Medicare Advantage Product Lead to shape the end-to-end MA member journey, identify gaps and opportunities, and pressure-test product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Help Twin look around corners by monitoring changes in the MA market, CMS policy, health plan priorities, competitive offerings, emerging care models, and member expectations—and translating those changes into implications for Twin.
  • Bring expertise across key MA domains including member experience, Stars and quality, CAHPS, supplemental benefits, care management, health equity, risk adjustment, utilization, retention, and plan economics—and understand how these areas interact with Twin’s offering.
  • Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing to understand health plan priorities, strengthen Twin’s MA value proposition, support strategic customer conversations, and inform positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Build and maintain Twin’s internal MA knowledge base, educating teams and leadership on the Medicare Advantage ecosystem, member population, terminology, incentives, and emerging trends.
  • Establish relationships with external experts, health plans, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to keep Twin connected to evolving MA practices and perspectives.
  • Represent Twin externally as a Medicare Advantage thought leader through customer conversations, industry panels, conferences, webinars, and other forums.
  • Help identify new opportunities for Twin within Medicare Advantage, including populations, partnerships, capabilities, and care models where Twin can create differentiated member and plan value.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Deep Medicare Advantage Experience: 10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare, managed care, or closely related healthcare roles, with significant direct exposure to MA.
  • Member & Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Medicare population and the practical realities of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries.
  • Health Plan Expertise: Strong understanding of how Medicare Advantage plans operate, make decisions, measure performance, and evaluate partners and solutions.
  • Broad MA Knowledge: Working expertise across multiple dimensions of Medicare Advantage, such as Stars, CAHPS/member experience, clinical programs, care management, supplemental benefits, risk adjustment, health equity, retention, and regulatory requirements.
  • Builder’s Mindset: Comfortable moving beyond explaining how Medicare Advantage works to helping design what a better Medicare experience should look like.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communicator who can represent Twin credibly with senior health plan leaders, customers, partners, industry experts, and external audiences.
  • Thought Leadership: Experience presenting to executive audiences and ideally speaking at industry events, panels, conferences, webinars, or other external forums.
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $215,000 - $245,000 annually.

We are committed to delivering an outstanding culture and experience for every Twin employee through a company based on the values of passion, talent, and trust. • Identify friction across the complete MA journey, establish clear ownership across teams, and drive issues from discovery through resolution even when the solution spans multiple product areas.
  • Define and track success metrics across activation, engagement, member experience, retention, and clinical outcomes; continuously iterate based on results.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex products or end-to-end customer journeys with measurable business and user impact.
  • End-to-End Product Thinker: Exceptional ability to see across organizational and product boundaries, identify gaps and dependencies, and create a coherent experience from capabilities owned by multiple teams.
  • Consumer Product Mindset: Deep empathy for members and demonstrated ability to simplify complex experiences for diverse populations. Experience designing for older adults, accessibility, or varying levels of digital literacy is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Defines meaningful success metrics, uses quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize investments, and continuously iterates based on member, operational, and clinical outcomes.
  • Healthcare Product Leadership: Experience with Medicare Advantage is a plus, but not required.

Product Product Manager (DevTools & AI Reliability, remote) at Checkly

Product Manager shapes strategy for AI-native reliability and monitoring tools, partnering with leadership to define product vision and direction in the DevTools space.

Senior Remote Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3)

The best developers don’t wait for a customer to tell them something’s broken.

They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly’s whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place.

Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. Now we need a PM who wants to take that further, in a market being rewritten in real time.

Here’s the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. “Is my app healthy?” is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. Nobody has really figured out what reliability means for this kind of software yet. That’s the problem you’d own.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for empowering developers and designers to solve customer problems. You will work directly with our SVP Product Engineering Daniel.

You will:

  • Shape company and product strategy alongside our SVP of Product Engineering. It’s a genuine partnership: you’ll develop the vision for where Checkly goes next, decide where we play in the AI testing, monitoring, and observability landscape and where we don’t, and turn that into a direction. You build the strategy with us, not execute someone else’s.

  • Shape Checkly’s point of view on reliability in an AI-native world: how teams monitor AI-generated code, agent-driven workflows, and LLM-backed features

  • Lead initiatives across Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and represent Checkly directly to customers and in developer communities.

  • Live in the product and the problem. Empathy for DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering isn’t a line item. It’s the job.

  • You ship with AI where it helps and know when not to. You don’t just talk about it.

What you should have

  • You’ve built software before this. You’re an ex-engineer, ex-founder, or ex-solutions engineer who has written real code and shipped real things, and now you want to own the product. This one’s non-negotiable: you should be able to reason about APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and how systems fit together without a translator.

  • You’ve worked in a startup, not just a big company. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and owning outcomes end to end. You don’t need a big-company machine around you to be effective.

  • You’ve built technical products, ideally developer tools. Adjacent technical products count. Experience in monitoring or observability is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.

  • New to the PM title? That’s fine. If you’re coming from a founding or solutions-engineering seat and want to go all-in on product, we want to hear from you.

  • You’re technical enough to be dangerous with AI tooling. You can prototype in code, throw together a mock, or pressure-test technical viability yourself when it moves things forward.

  • FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones. Need to be able to travel to (other) European countries without having to wait for a visa appointment.

What you will hate about us

We would rather tell you now than have you find out in month two.

  • We use AI for everything, and we mean everything. AI skepticism is not a thing here. If you have the slightest hesitation about working with AI every day, this is not the place for you, and that is completely fine.

  • We write more than we talk. We are async-first, so a lot of decisions happen in documents and threads, not meetings. If you do your best thinking out loud in a room full of people, you will miss it here.

  • We are lean, so you own the boring parts too. There is no PM ops layer to delegate the unglamorous work to. You will do strategy one hour and clean up a messy spec the next.

  • We ship constantly and change our minds. Priorities move as we learn from customers. If you need long, stable planning cycles, this will feel chaotic.

  • Customer signals come first, and most of the time they beat your gut. We build what customers actually want, not the clever thing we dreamed up. Earn it by making customers happy, and then there is room for the moonshots. If you want to lead with your own bold bets, you will find this frustrating.

Benefits

  • Transparent salary because your salary shouldn’t be dictated by how good a negotiator you are. (more info below)

  • Remote-first, flexible work hours, async-first (low meeting, high productivity) and transparent culture

  • Become part of a fast-growing, international, and remote team where your work matters, and your impact won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

  • Stock options

  • 27 days of paid vacation + your local public holidays

  • Paid sick leave & up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Co-working budget or home office setup

  • Annual company kickoffs

  • Employee & contractor options

Find out more here.

What we pay

Fair, competitive, and transparent pay is very important for us. Therefore we work with a standardized salary calculator that includes several factors such as seniority level as well as location.

For this role, the range is (depending on seniority and skills):

  • €83k - €120k for someone in a similar cost of market as UK, Germany etc, + stock options

  • €75k - €105k for someone in a similar cost of market as Spain, Poland, Ukraine etc, + stock options

Apply

If this sounds interesting, please apply! Studies by several different sources have shown that on average men will apply for a job if they meet 60% of the application requirements. Women, non-binary people and POC will seek to match a much higher percentage of requirements before applying. If you’re not sure you’re the right fit, apply anyway and let us know what you bring to the table. We’d love to hear from you!

We’re all about being transparent and setting clear expectations. That’s why we’ve put together our hiring playbook and open-sourced our employee handbook. There you’ll find a sneak peek of who we are, how we work and what you can expect in our hiring process.

Product Pasito (YC-S22) - Product Owner at Silver.dev

Owns full product lifecycle for broker/carrier enrollment and AI extraction products, bridging customer needs with engineering execution and shipping features end-to-end.

Mid Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Pasito (YC-S22)

Pasito is the AI workspace for employee benefits.

We’re rethinking how group insurance and benefits are underwritten, delivered, used and measured - by the people who design them and the people who depend on them. Instead of static PDFs, disconnected systems, and manual workflows, Pasito brings plan design, payroll and benefits data, claims, and financial context into a single, AI‑native workspace that helps benefits actually work for the 178 million Americans who depend on this system.

We don’t build for brokers, carriers and employers - we build with them. Product Product Builder, Contract-to-Hire at ActivTrak

Owns product strategy, UX design, and prototyping for AI-powered work intelligence features, balancing customer discovery with hands-on design and technical feasibility decisions.

Mid Remote Posted about 8 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Engagement details

  • Initial contract term: Through Dec 31, 2026, with the option to convert to full-time based on performance and budget
  • Hours: full-time
  • Location: Remote
  • Start date: Sept 8, 2026

About the role

ActivTrak is building the next generation of work intelligence products powered by conversational AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This role owns Work Advisor’s add-on MCP capability, consumption-based pricing for AI features, and expansion packs, the product line that makes ActivTrak’s data usable through LLMs and agentic tools rather than dashboards alone.

We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between product strategy and hands-on UX and prototyping. You’ll define what we build and why, shape how it feels to use, and get close enough to the code and MCP tooling to make sharp calls about feasibility, without needing to hand off every decision to a designer or engineer first.

This role is fluid by design. Some weeks you’ll be deep in customer discovery and roadmap tradeoffs. Others you’ll prototype a new MCP tool flow or review pricing mechanics with engineering. The through line is ownership: you drive clarity from problem to shipped product.

We’re starting this as a contract engagement so both sides can confirm fit before committing to a permanent role. We expect to make a conversion decision around [milestone or timeframe].

What you’ll do

Product strategy and delivery

  • Define the roadmap for Work Advisor’s Enterprise module, MCP Server, consumption-based pricing, and future capabilities to maximize the commercial impact of our headless strategy
  • Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify what’s worth building next
  • Write clear requirements and manage tradeoffs across scope, timeline, and technical constraints
  • Partner with engineering leadership to scope what’s feasible within a given cycle
  • Represent this product line in cross-functional planning, including alignment with the Workflow and Insights/Ingestion teams where MCP delivery overlaps

UX and design

  • Translate requirements into user flows and wireframes for AI-driven and MCP-based experiences
  • Prototype conversational and tool-use flows, including how skills and prompts surface to end users
  • Partner with design on visual execution when a dedicated designer is engaged, and carry lightweight design work yourself when one isn’t
  • Validate designs directly with customers, particularly in the forward-deployed engagements feeding this roadmap

Technical fluency

  • Understand MCP server architecture well enough to scope what a hosted MCP tool can and can’t do
  • Work directly in tools like Figma, and use basic code or AI-assisted prototyping tools to build a working proof of concept, not production code
  • Talk credibly with engineers about tradeoffs in consumption-based pricing mechanics and data requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in product management, product design, or a hybrid of both
  • Track record shipping AI-powered or data-driven B2B SaaS features end to end
  • Strong UX instincts: comfortable owning wireframes, user flows, and prototypes without waiting on a dedicated designer
  • Working knowledge of how LLM tool use and MCP servers function; you don’t need to build one from scratch, but you need to understand what’s happening under the hood
  • Experience with pricing or packaging decisions, ideally consumption-based or usage-based models
  • Confident communicator who can flex between executive updates and detailed requirements docs
  • High comfort with ambiguity; this space is still being defined at ActivTrak and industry-wide
  • Comfortable working as a contractor and ramping quickly with minimal onboarding runway

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Figma AI, or similar)
  • Background working directly with enterprise customers in a forward-deployed or embedded delivery model
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics, productivity platforms, or adjacent B2B data products
  • Prior contract-to-hire experience or comfort with a defined evaluation period

Work environment

  • Competitive compensation
  • Position is remote within US
  • Minimal travel

ActivTrak is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. ActivTrak does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age, protected veteran status, gender identity or any other factor protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.

Product Associate Director, Product Strategy (US) at Code and Theory

Owns product strategy workstreams for client engagements, develops frameworks and roadmaps, facilitates alignment, and uses AI tools to strengthen research and deliverables.

Product Product Manager (DevTools & AI Reliability, remote) at Checkly

Lead product strategy and vision for an AI-native developer monitoring platform, shaping how teams approach reliability for AI-generated code and agent workflows.

Opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the end-to-end Medicare Advantage (MA) product experience at Twin. You will drive how Twin’s product and care model evolve to meet the unique needs of Medicare Advantage members—from enrollment and onboarding through sensors, daily engagement, clinical care, and long-term health outcomes.

In this role, you will directly own critical parts of the MA member journey while serving as the product lead across the full Medicare Advantage experience. You’ll work across Member Experience, Sensors, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Design, and other product teams to ensure the pieces come together into one seamless, scalable experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of consumer experience, healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and cross-functional execution. You will develop a deep understanding of the Medicare population and translate those needs into both differentiated product experiences and coordinated investments across Twin.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Clinical and Operations leaders to design scalable workflows that deliver an exceptional member experience while meeting the needs of Twin’s care model.

Shape product strategy and vision for an AI-native developer monitoring platform, defining reliability solutions for AI-generated code and agent-driven workflows.

Own the full product lifecycle for key AI-native benefits platform products, bridging customer needs with engineering and design teams to ship features from concept to launch.

That collaboration shows up in everything we ship: AI agents that extract and structure plan data, tools that turn complexity into clarity for employees, and workflows that save carriers and consultants hundreds of hours per case.

Today, Pasito supports many of the largest insurance carriers and brokers in the U.S. We’re backed by Y Combinator and Core Innovation Capital, and we’re growing quickly. We ship fast, iterate relentlessly, and care deeply about building systems that are accurate, scalable, and human.

If you’re excited to work alongside exceptional operators and engineers, and apply AI in a legacy industry where precision and trust matter, Pasito is the place for you.
