Associate Director owns product strategy workstreams, develops frameworks and roadmaps, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and applies AI tools to research, synthesis, and deliverables.
The Associate Director, Product is a developing senior practitioner who owns strategy workstreams within larger engagements and is taking on growing client relationship responsibility. This person works confidently across the full range of strategic product work with growing independence and is building the presence and judgment to lead in the room. They are accountable for ensuring that strategy doesn’t stop at the recommendation — that the thinking is clear, sequenced, and grounded enough for a team to act on it — and are increasingly the person who bridges that gap in practice. They use AI tools actively and independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation — with developing judgment about where tools strengthen the work and where they introduce risk. They are also beginning to bring that perspective into client conversations, surfacing where AI can help clients move faster or build more durable internal capability.

Product Manager shapes strategy for AI-native reliability and monitoring tools, partnering with leadership to define product vision and direction in the DevTools space.
(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3)
The best developers don’t wait for a customer to tell them something’s broken.
They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly’s whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place.
Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. Now we need a PM who wants to take that further, in a market being rewritten in real time.
Here’s the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. “Is my app healthy?” is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. Nobody has really figured out what reliability means for this kind of software yet. That’s the problem you’d own.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for empowering developers and designers to solve customer problems. You will work directly with our SVP Product Engineering Daniel.
You will:
Shape company and product strategy alongside our SVP of Product Engineering. It’s a genuine partnership: you’ll develop the vision for where Checkly goes next, decide where we play in the AI testing, monitoring, and observability landscape and where we don’t, and turn that into a direction. You build the strategy with us, not execute someone else’s.
Shape Checkly’s point of view on reliability in an AI-native world: how teams monitor AI-generated code, agent-driven workflows, and LLM-backed features
Lead initiatives across Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and represent Checkly directly to customers and in developer communities.
Live in the product and the problem. Empathy for DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering isn’t a line item. It’s the job.
You ship with AI where it helps and know when not to. You don’t just talk about it.
You’ve built software before this. You’re an ex-engineer, ex-founder, or ex-solutions engineer who has written real code and shipped real things, and now you want to own the product. This one’s non-negotiable: you should be able to reason about APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and how systems fit together without a translator.
You’ve worked in a startup, not just a big company. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and owning outcomes end to end. You don’t need a big-company machine around you to be effective.
You’ve built technical products, ideally developer tools. Adjacent technical products count. Experience in monitoring or observability is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
New to the PM title? That’s fine. If you’re coming from a founding or solutions-engineering seat and want to go all-in on product, we want to hear from you.
You’re technical enough to be dangerous with AI tooling. You can prototype in code, throw together a mock, or pressure-test technical viability yourself when it moves things forward.
FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones. Need to be able to travel to (other) European countries without having to wait for a visa appointment.
We would rather tell you now than have you find out in month two.
We use AI for everything, and we mean everything. AI skepticism is not a thing here. If you have the slightest hesitation about working with AI every day, this is not the place for you, and that is completely fine.
We write more than we talk. We are async-first, so a lot of decisions happen in documents and threads, not meetings. If you do your best thinking out loud in a room full of people, you will miss it here.
We are lean, so you own the boring parts too. There is no PM ops layer to delegate the unglamorous work to. You will do strategy one hour and clean up a messy spec the next.
We ship constantly and change our minds. Priorities move as we learn from customers. If you need long, stable planning cycles, this will feel chaotic.
Customer signals come first, and most of the time they beat your gut. We build what customers actually want, not the clever thing we dreamed up. Earn it by making customers happy, and then there is room for the moonshots. If you want to lead with your own bold bets, you will find this frustrating.
Transparent salary because your salary shouldn’t be dictated by how good a negotiator you are. (more info below)
Remote-first, flexible work hours, async-first (low meeting, high productivity) and transparent culture
Become part of a fast-growing, international, and remote team where your work matters, and your impact won’t get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

Fair, competitive, and transparent pay is very important for us. Therefore we work with a standardized salary calculator that includes several factors such as seniority level as well as location.
For this role, the range is (depending on seniority and skills):

€75k - €105k for someone in a similar cost of market as Spain, Poland, Ukraine etc, + stock options
If this sounds interesting, please apply! Studies by several different sources have shown that on average men will apply for a job if they meet 60% of the application requirements. Women, non-binary people and POC will seek to match a much higher percentage of requirements before applying. If you’re not sure you’re the right fit, apply anyway and let us know what you bring to the table. We’d love to hear from you!
We’re all about being transparent and setting clear expectations. That’s why we’ve put together our hiring playbook and open-sourced our employee handbook. There you’ll find a sneak peek of who we are, how we work and what you can expect in our hiring process.
Owns product strategy, UX design, and prototyping for AI-powered work intelligence features, balancing customer discovery with hands-on design and technical feasibility decisions.
ActivTrak is building the next generation of work intelligence products powered by conversational AI and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This role owns Work Advisor’s add-on MCP capability, consumption-based pricing for AI features, and expansion packs, the product line that makes ActivTrak’s data usable through LLMs and agentic tools rather than dashboards alone.
We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between product strategy and hands-on UX and prototyping. You’ll define what we build and why, shape how it feels to use, and get close enough to the code and MCP tooling to make sharp calls about feasibility, without needing to hand off every decision to a designer or engineer first.
This role is fluid by design. Some weeks you’ll be deep in customer discovery and roadmap tradeoffs. Others you’ll prototype a new MCP tool flow or review pricing mechanics with engineering. The through line is ownership: you drive clarity from problem to shipped product.
We’re starting this as a contract engagement so both sides can confirm fit before committing to a permanent role. We expect to make a conversion decision around [milestone or timeframe].

Experience in an agency, consultancy or systems integrator, carrying multiple concurrent clients

Proven experience leading complex projects that include Data migration, customer journeys, CSC, legacy CMS to AEM, on-premise to AEMaaCS, and into Edge Delivery Services
Hands-on daily use of AI engineering tools like Claude, Cursor, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience building agents, sub-agents or orchestrated workflows, not only consuming AI tooling

Experience with commercial negotiations and contract development
Experience leading distributed teams across time zones, with genuine working relationships in offshore delivery centers rather than nominal ones
Comfort operating in a practice that is being built rather than one that is already running
Willingness to travel for client engagements, Adobe events and time with delivery teams

Lead the App Primitives team building shared infrastructure and product foundations that enable all product teams to collaborate and scale efficiently across the platform.
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
Vanta’s App Primitives team owns the shared building blocks that span data structures to UI: comments, notifications, event logs, feature flags, and task management. We own the general infrastructure; product teams own the logic built on top. Getting this layer right unlocks velocity for every team at Vanta.
As the Engineering Manager, App Primitives at Vanta, you’ll lead the team building the shared product primitives that every Vanta product team depends on, owning the infrastructure layer that makes collaboration, communication, and core workflows possible across the entire platform.

This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture and team development, with real authority to set direction and grow a world-class platform team.

What you’ll do as an Engineering Manager at Vanta:
Lead and grow the App Primitives team, owning hiring, team health, delivery, and the development of senior engineers and technical leads
Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s shared product primitives: comments infrastructure, notifications platform, event log, feature flag system (Statsig), and task management
Define and steward the interface model between App Primitives systems and product teams, ensuring product teams can build on top of shared infrastructure quickly and safely, without owning the underlying systems themselves
Partner closely with product engineering leaders across Vanta to surface developer needs, identify friction in shared systems, and prioritize investments that unlock velocity at scale
Set technical direction for a full-stack team working across data models, backend services, and UI primitives, and earn the trust of senior engineers through strong technical judgment
Manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder expectations across concurrent workstreams, operating with a high degree of autonomy
How to be successful in this role:
5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years managing engineering teams, including a track record of developing senior engineers and technical leads
Experience leading platform, shared services, or product infrastructure teams — where your team’s output is what other teams build on
Technical fluency across the full stack, with enough depth in backend systems, shared data models, and API design to engage substantively with your team’s technical decisions
Strong cross-functional collaborator: able to partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to define clear ownership boundaries and drive alignment across teams
Track record of hiring senior engineers in a competitive market and building a team culture people want to be part of
Experience managing multi-team dependencies and delivering across concurrent workstreams with limited oversight
Uses AI in day-to-day work to amplify their skills and strengthen their outcomes, applying it across routine workflows, actively building fluency through experimentation, and exercising sound judgment to ensure AI-assisted work meets a high quality bar.

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, veteran or disability status, or any other protected class. As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.
About Vanta
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world’s leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that’s real-time and transparent.

Sutherland
Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results
About the Role
Connect is one of the premier and fastest selling products at Sutherland, providing a full omni-channel, Contact Center as a Service solution for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team and drive the delivery of Connect products and services through the full development lifecycle.
The Product Owner sets product vision and roadmap direction. From that point the product is yours through delivery: shaping requirements into a solution that can actually be built, making the trade-off calls that decide what ships and what defers, driving the build, running QA and UAT, and getting the product released and ready to deploy. Client deployments are run by the project management organization, and you support them as the product authority. At times this team carries the deployment directly. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to apply product judgment on scope, design, and release readiness, and to carry the professional standing that earns you the respect of engineering, operations, and clients.
Real contact center expertise is essential. You will make product and delivery decisions daily on omni-channel routing, telephony, agent desktop, recording, reporting, and integration behavior. You need to know how a contact center runs well enough to recognize when a design will not hold up against real routing, peak volume, or a failover, and to make that case to engineering. Candidates must have delivered products or capabilities on a contact center platform.
You will join a team of Product Delivery Managers reporting to the Head of Product Delivery. Delivery work is shared across the team, so you will coordinate with your peers on dependencies, shared components, release trains, and release order, and help shape the standards the team works to. The role has no direct reports and depends on working effectively across architecture, engineering, QA, project management, implementation, and operations. This is a remote position based in the United States. The team works US business hours, primarily Eastern Time and extending to Pacific Time, and that must be your normal business day. This role cannot be worked as an offset shift from another region.

Machine identities now outnumber human ones in most enterprises, and the gap is widening as AI agents take on real work with real credentials. Bitwarden Secrets Manager is how developers and DevOps teams store, rotate, and deliver the machine credentials, API keys, and infrastructure secrets that keep their systems running. It sits at the center of a product line that spans developer secrets, privileged access, and the emerging category of agentic identity security.
This is an all-remote team and we’re looking for someone located in the U.S. with no preference for time zone. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
THE ROLE
Bitwarden is looking for a technical Senior Product Manager to own Secrets Manager end to end. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a developer and DevOps-facing product used by engineering teams to manage secrets across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure-as-code workflows, and production services.
The category is being redrawn right now. AI agents are becoming first-class consumers of credentials, calling APIs, provisioning infrastructure, and acting on production systems at machine speed and machine volume. The controls built for service accounts and static API keys were not designed for consumers that spin up on demand, chain tool calls, and make decisions without a human in the loop. Answering that (how do you give a non-human consumer the right credential, for the right window, with a clean audit trail, and revoke it the moment it should not have it) is one of the defining identity security problems of the next few years. Bitwarden is investing across the portfolio to solve it, and Secrets Manager is where it lands first for developers. You will own that surface.
You will work customer-backwards. That means talking to developers and platform engineers, understanding how secrets actually move through their systems and how their agentic workloads are already reaching for credentials today, then turning what you learn into a roadmap that wins deals and retains customers. You will partner closely with a dedicated Senior Product Owner who runs the backlog and sprint delivery, which frees you to spend your time on strategy, discovery, positioning, and cross-product coordination.
You will also work in an AI-native way yourself. Our teams use AI tooling across research, spec writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping, and we expect you to push on where it helps and where it does not. Secrets Manager is a growth vector for Bitwarden’s broader identity security portfolio, so you will coordinate with our Private Access (PAM) and Agentic Innovation workstreams to keep the product line coherent as privileged access, machine identity, and agent access converge.
