About Dutchie

Dutchie aims to further support the positive societal change the cannabis industry brings to the world through wellness benefits, social justice, and empowering local communities through tax revenue. Powering thousands of dispensaries across 40+ markets throughout the United States and Canada, Dutchie is the leading technology company in the cannabis space and was named in Fast Companyâs 10 Most Innovative Companies in North America and listed two years in a row on LinkedInâs Top 50 Startups.

The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that gets Dutchieâs feature and product launches from ready-to-launch through adoption and measurable impact across our full product suite. This is a senior, autonomous role within Revenue Operations, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Marketing, Support, go-to-market teams, and most importantly, our customers.
You will lead complex launches with minimal oversight, proactively surface risk before it becomes an escalation, and own change management for both internal teams and customers. Youâll be equally comfortable driving a cross-functional operating cadence, influencing senior stakeholders when scope or timing is at risk, and pulling adoption data yourself to measure success and impact.
Success is not simply shipping on time; it is ensuring teams are ready, customers understand the value, adoption follows, and each launch makes the next one better.
We are targeting a starting salary of $102,000 - $138,000 based on the intended level for this role.
In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:
At Dutchie, weâre committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Dutchie believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
Defines and owns partner program enablement strategy, building systems and content to help sales reps and CSMs work effectively with partners across the customer lifecycle.
POS-26231
Lead Enablement Partner, Partner Experience
About the Role
Weâre looking for a Lead Enablement Partner to join the Partner Experience team. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership, and youâll define the enablement strategy that sits at the intersection of HubSpotâs partner program and our direct sales and customer success organizations, ensuring both orgs can work with partners effectively at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
This role requires you to build, not just execute. Youâll identify where the program is losing traction in the field, design the systems and content that close those gaps, and advocate for structural changes when the root cause is upstream. Youâll work closely with the Partner Experience program team and lead cross-functional efforts with Global Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Academy â setting the agenda for how partner program knowledge reaches the people who need it.
What Youâll Do
Enablement Strategy & Ownership Define and own the enablement strategy for HubSpotâs partner program across the sales rep and CSM populations. This means setting priorities, building scalable systems, and ensuring that as the program evolves, enablement keeps pace â proactively, not reactively.
Voice of the Field â with a Point of View Serve as the primary channel between the field and the Partner Experience program team. You wonât just surface friction â youâll diagnose it, prioritize it, and bring recommendations. When reps and CSMs are struggling to work with partners effectively, youâll be the person who connects the dots between field behavior and program design.
Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional workstreams with Global Enablement, Sales, CS, and Academy. Youâll set the direction for how partner enablement integrates into broader rep and CSM onboarding, certification programs, and ongoing learning, and youâll hold the partnerships needed to make that happen.
Program Evolution & Readiness Partner closely with the PX program team to get ahead of changes â accreditation updates, new compliance requirements, co-sell framework shifts â and build the enablement infrastructure that ensures the field is ready before rollout, not after.
Co-Sell & Co-Service Excellence Own the enablement framework for co-selling and co-servicing motions. Go beyond individual resources to build a repeatable model for how reps and CSMs navigate partner-involved engagements, escalations, and shared accountability at scale.
Content & Asset Architecture Build and govern a high-quality suite of enablement resources â playbooks, guides, onboarding tracks, quick-reference materials â with a clear ownership model, version discipline, and feedback loop to keep them current. Youâll also set standards for how partner enablement content is structured and maintained across teams.
What Weâre Looking For
Who Thrives in This Role
This role suits a senior enablement professional who is ready to own a domain. Youâll thrive if you find the intersection of program complexity and field reality genuinely interesting â and if you get energy from building something that scales. Youâre comfortable making calls with incomplete information, pushing back when program design is creating field friction, and holding a high bar for what âgoodâ looks like. You bring a point of view and you know how to bring others along with it.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpotâs bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpotâs equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are determined using objective, role-related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

At HubSpot, fair compensation practices arenât just about checking off the box for legal compliance. Itâs about living out our value of transparency with our employees, candidates, and community.
Annual Cash Compensation Range:
âŹ80.800ââŹ117.150 EUR
At HubSpot, we value both flexibility and connection. Whether youâre a Remote employee or work from the Office, we want you to start your journey here by building strong connections with your team and peers. If you are joining our Engineering team, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding. If you join our broader Product team, youâll also attend other in-person events, such as your Product Group Summit and other gatherings, to continue building on those connections.
If you require an accommodation due to travel limitations or other reasons, please inform your recruiter during the hiring process. We are committed to supporting candidates who may need alternative arrangements
