Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games.

Ad Operations and Sales Analytics support Discord's ads business, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign executions, impactful data insights, and go-to-market strategy across our advertising products.

As an Ad Operations Manager, you will play a crucial part in scaling our Ads business. You'll improve the efficiency and scale of campaign execution while contributing to deep-dive analyses that drive business growth and inform go-to-market strategy. You'll provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams, directly impacting Discord's advertising capabilities while removing friction from customers' experience with our platform.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensuring ad campaigns are implemented and launched on time and to specification — including campaign parameters such as dates, targeting, tracking, impression/reach goals, geographies, and budget — working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to align setups with client objectives
  • Providing hands-on technical support to key customers and Ad Sales partners, and owning the processes and escalation path (in partnership with Engineering) for issues related to platform integration and use
  • Partnering with Account Managers and technical teams to optimize campaign outcomes and maximize client ROI, including troubleshooting and A/B testing of messaging, creative, and targeting
  • Synthesizing campaign performance insights for internal stakeholders and clients — performance, trends, ROI, and actionable recommendations
  • Building and scaling automations and tooling (including AI/LLM-based workflows) that reduce manual effort and increase leverage across the team
  • Serving as the operational engine for multiple revenue-driving functions across the Discord Business Organization

What you should have

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLM-based workflows, scripting/automation) to drive measurable efficiency gains in a professional environment
  • Comfort working with data and light scripting — SQL required; Python or similar strongly preferred — to build or maintain internal tooling and reporting pipelines
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a broad variety of ad technologies, campaign operation methodologies, and ad tracking/measurement solutions
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and/or Product on technical escalations, platform integrations, or API-level troubleshooting
  • Successful track record working directly with clients — understanding needs and delivering value
  • Strong analytical proficiency: ability to query and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with market trends and KPIs such as viewability, brand safety, yield analysis, and audience extension
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing or building internal automation/tooling (bots, pipelines, dashboards) that scaled a team's operations
  • Team player with a sense of humor, humility, curiosity, and empathy

Finance Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst - Billing at Natera

Analyzes billing claims and revenue cycle data to identify rejection patterns, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to improve clean claim submission rates.

Junior Posted about 9 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst – Billing

Position Summary

The Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst – Billing serves as a subject matter expert and analytical resource within the Clean Claim Team (CCT), focused on ensuring claims are accurately billed, successfully submitted, received, and accepted by payers before entering the downstream denial process.

This role investigates complex front-end billing and claim submission issues, including EDI and clearinghouse rejections, duplicate submissions, authorization-related rejections, provider enrollment issues, payer registration issues, patient demographic errors, and other barriers to clean claim acceptance.

Beyond resolving individual issues, the Associate Revenue Cycle Analyst uses data to identify patterns, determine root causes, assess the broader impact across the claim population, and implement sustainable solutions that prevent future rejections. The successful candidate will combine strong revenue cycle expertise with technical and analytical skills and will independently own complex problems from initial investigation through resolution, testing, implementation, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clean claim submission and front-end billing processes, with a strong understanding of the claim lifecycle from claim creation through payer receipt and acceptance.
  • Analyze claim rejections and operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, root causes, and opportunities to improve clean claim performance.
  • Investigate EDI and clearinghouse rejections, duplicate submission issues, incorrect or missing ICN information, prior authorization-related rejections, provider enrollment and NPI registration issues, patient demographic errors, and other claim submission barriers.
  • Research rejection reasons, determine the root cause, and provide all of the necessary information, documentation, system corrections, or operational changes to the appropriate cross-functional teams in order to resolve them
  • Evaluate identified issues beyond the individual claim to determine the broader claim population, payer, workflow, or business processes impacted.
  • Identify upstream causes of claim rejections and develop sustainable solutions designed to prevent recurrence and reduce downstream denials.
  • Use SQL and Snowflake to obtain and analyze claim and operational data, quantify issues, identify affected populations, validate root causes, and measure improvement.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables and lookup functions, to analyze large datasets, identify meaningful trends, and create clear and actionable reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, automation, tracking tools, and other analytical resources to improve visibility into claim submission and rejection performance.
  • Independently manage complex issue resolution and improvement initiatives from initial identification through completion, including coordinating cross-functional work, tracking progress, testing solutions, validating implementation, and monitoring post-implementation results.
  • Partner closely with Coding, Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, provider enrollment, technology, vendor operations, and other teams whose processes impact clean claim submission and acceptance.
  • Maintain ownership of cross-functional issues rather than simply escalating or transferring them, ensuring identified problems are followed through to successful resolution.
  • Develop and improve workflows and SOPs that increase claim accuracy, operational efficiency, and first-pass payer acceptance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, rejection trends, and operational performance to proactively identify emerging issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and present detailed, executive-ready presentations communicating trends, root causes, remediation efforts, project status, and upstream and downstream revenue cycle impacts.
  • Translate complex billing and analytical findings into clear recommendations for operational teams and leadership.
  • Maintain knowledge of payer requirements, billing rules, EDI processes, and other changes affecting claim submission and acceptance.
  • Act as an educator and resource to operational teams regarding identified issues, process improvements, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data, technology, automation, and workflow improvements to increase clean claim rates and prevent avoidable rejections and denials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in medical billing, claims operations, revenue cycle management, insurance collections, or a related healthcare function.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and the claim lifecycle, particularly claim creation, submission, clearinghouse processing, payer acceptance, rejection, and denial.
  • Experience investigating claim rejections, EDI transactions, clearinghouse issues, payer requirements, provider enrollment, or other front-end billing issues strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of medical billing and coding concepts, including CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, authorization requirements, payer requirements, and claim identifiers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data manipulation, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience using a data warehouse or analytics platform such as Snowflake. Candidates should be able to independently obtain the data needed to answer business questions using SQL, including effectively leveraging AI-assisted query development when appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, investigate root causes, and translate findings into actionable operational solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from problem identification through implementation and post-implementation monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished presentations and communicate detailed findings to leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously, follow complex issues through multiple systems or teams, and proactively determine appropriate next steps.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new revenue cycle processes, systems, technologies, and payer requirements.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Operator Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement at Nimble Gravity

Lead technical pre-sales and enablement for Claude AI implementations, configuring agentic workflows, delivering demos, and designing hands-on training for enterprise engineering teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 9 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement

Remote | US

At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. This role sits at the technical core of our Anthropic practice — leading the conversations, demos, and delivery sessions that show clients exactly what Claude Code and Claude Cowork can do, and where the next phase of work lives.

You’ll be the person in the room — often the only Nimble Gravity person in the room — with 20+ engineers or advanced knowledge workers who expect real answers, not a script. You’ll also be in the room earlier than that: on discovery calls and technical scoping sessions, helping prospects understand what’s possible before they’ve signed anything. This is a build-and-teach role. If you haven’t personally configured agentic workflows, written custom skills, or wired up MCP integrations, this isn’t the seat.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales:Partner with sales and delivery leadership on active opportunities — run technical discovery, scope proof-of-concept builds, and deliver live demonstrations of Claude Code and Claude Cowork tailored to a prospect’s actual environment and workflows.
  • Deliver advanced technical enablement: Design and lead hands-on sessions for 20+ engineers or technical business users at a time — covering agentic coding workflows, custom skills, MCP server integrations, subagent orchestration, permission and tool-access models, and how to fit Claude Code and Cowork into existing engineering practice.
  • Hold technical ground solo: Field detailed questions on architecture, context management, tool permissions, data flow, security posture, and failure modes — live, without deferring to “someone technical” who isn’t in the room.
  • Frame the business case: Work with client stakeholders to identify high-value workflows, map them to what Claude Code and Cowork can actually do, and translate that into a business case business leaders will act on.
  • Spot and scope follow-on work: Treat every workshop and demo as a discovery exercise — identify where a client’s next engagement lives, and feed that directly into proposals, SOWs, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Build reusable technical assets:Create demo repos, sample skills, workshop curricula, and reference architectures that make every future engagement faster to stand up.
  • Navigate regulated environments: Advise financial services, insurance, and other regulated clients on secure, compliant configurations of Claude Code and Cowork — governance, audit trails, and data handling included.
  • Measure what matters: Track technical adoption depth, workshop-to-pipeline conversion, and follow-on scope generated — real numbers, not attendance counts.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with recent hands-on depth in agentic AI systems — this is a senior architect–level technical role, not an enablement generalist role
  • Deep, current, hands-on fluency with Claude Code and Claude Cowork specifically — configuring skills, MCP servers, subagents, and permission scopes, not just familiarity from the outside
  • A specific, named example of something you’ve built with agentic AI tooling: a custom skill, an MCP integration, a multi-step agent workflow, a CI/CD pipeline with an agent in the loop
  • Proven experience presenting to large (20+) technical audiences and holding your own against skeptical senior engineers with no one else backing you up
  • Pre-sales or technical sales engineering experience — discovery calls, live demos, SOW scoping, or technical proposal input
  • The judgment to translate technical capability into business value, and to spot where automation or agentic assistance unlocks the next phase of a client’s work
  • A track record of turning technical sessions into scoped follow-on engagements — quantifiable in pipeline or expansion revenue, not just satisfaction scores
  • Comfort operating in regulated, enterprise environments, including security and governance review of AI tooling
  • The composure to demo or debug live, in real time, without a script

Strongly Preferred, Not Required

  • Direct experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry
  • Experience as a sales engineer or solutions consultant at an enterprise software or AI company
  • Contributions to internal Anthropic-based tooling — custom MCP servers, shared skill libraries, or agent orchestration frameworks

Product Associate Director, Product Strategy (US) at Code and Theory

Associate Director owns product strategy workstreams, develops frameworks and roadmaps, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and applies AI tools to research, synthesis, and deliverables.

Senior Remote Posted about 9 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Associate Director, Product is a developing senior practitioner who owns strategy workstreams within larger engagements and is taking on growing client relationship responsibility. This person works confidently across the full range of strategic product work with growing independence and is building the presence and judgment to lead in the room. They are accountable for ensuring that strategy doesn’t stop at the recommendation — that the thinking is clear, sequenced, and grounded enough for a team to act on it — and are increasingly the person who bridges that gap in practice. They use AI tools actively and independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation — with developing judgment about where tools strengthen the work and where they introduce risk. They are also beginning to bring that perspective into client conversations, surfacing where AI can help clients move faster or build more durable internal capability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own discovery workstreams within engagements — competitive research, stakeholder interviews, user needs synthesis — and translate outputs into clear, actionable product insights
  • Develop product frameworks, vision documents, and roadmap inputs that reflect a clear strategic point of view, grounded in business goals and user reality. Translate that thinking into sequenced, scoped direction, defining what gets built first and why in terms a client and a delivery team can both follow
  • Build and apply prioritization models that help clients make deliberate decisions about where to focus. Facilitate alignment sessions with the confidence to move a room from competing options to a clear position, including in the face of disagreement, rather than presenting trade-offs and leaving the call to someone else
  • Ensure strategic direction is expressed in terms a delivery team can act on: reviewing, shaping, and where needed writing user stories that carry the intent of the strategy into the work without losing specificity or getting lost in abstraction
  • Contribute to defining success metrics for engagements and use data and research outputs to validate strategic recommendations, and to flag confidently when a direction needs revisiting
  • Apply AI tools independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation with developing judgment about where they sharpen thinking and where human interpretation is what matters
  • Begin advising clients on where AI thinking can be embedded into their teams and ways of working, under senior direction
  • Support Senior Directors in new business contexts and develop junior practitioners through active coaching

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 6+ years of experience in product strategy, digital strategy, or a related role, with a track record of owning strategy workstreams with limited oversight. Experience carrying that work through to delivery decisions or measurable outcomes is strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge across the core areas of strategic product work with the ability to structure a discovery, develop a vision, build a prioritization model, interpret analysis, and ensure strategic intent is expressed in delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic thinking into concrete, actionable direction, including shaping or reviewing user stories and product requirements so that a delivery team can work from them without losing the strategic intent behind them
  • Comfort facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, holding a clear position under pushback, and making trade-off calls when full alignment isn’t achievable
  • Ability to synthesize competitive research, user data, and business context into product recommendations that go beyond best practice with a clear, defensible point of view
  • Active, independent fluency with AI tools for research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation with developing judgment about where they help and where they fall short
  • Emerging understanding of AI as an organizational capability, and beginning confidence in surfacing those implications for clients
  • Demonstrated ability to develop junior practitioners and manage defined project workstreams with reliability and independence
