As a Mid-Market Merchant Success Manager at Loop, you will own a portfolio of growing merchants and help them realize measurable value from their partnership with Loop. Through consultative relationships, strong prioritization, repeatable playbooks, and scalable engagement, you will drive retention, product adoption, and expansion across your book of business.
This role requires the ability to balance proactive strategy with portfolio efficiency, use data and health signals to focus time where it will have the greatest impact, and deliver a consistently strong merchant experience at scale.
Right away, weâve listed what we think youâll be spending your time on. Weâre growing fast, and growth means the challenges weâll work on together will change as we lead Loop through new and different phases.
This is an indispensable role with us, so weâll be looking for you to have examples of when youâve tackled these challenges throughout your career. Weâve laid out the experience we think is important to set you up for success in this role. But, we appreciate that different humans will solve problems in different ways, so we donât expect you to fit exactly in a box of requirements.
At Loop, weâre intentional about how we work so everyone can do their best work. We call this our Blended Working Environment. Our team is based across our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, as well as Hub and Secluded locations through the United States, select Canadian provinces, the United Kingdom, and select Australian states.
For this position, we are looking for a teammate located in the United States.
Your main priority is to make our merchants successful, and youâll use any and all of your resources to make it happen.
Be accountable for revenue retention, renewals, expansion, and retraction mitigation across your assigned portfolio.
Use merchant goals, health signals, engagement, product usage, and renewal timing to prioritize your book of business and determine where proactive intervention will have the greatest impact.
Lead complex renewal and commercial conversations, clearly articulating Loopâs value and competitive differentiation to stakeholders across the merchantâs organization.
Youâll partner cross-functionally with Account Executives to cross-sell our products to your existing merchant base.
3+ years of customer success or account management experience with mid-market or enterprise businesses for B2B SaaS products. If you have experience working with the ecommerce industry, that is a huge differentiator for us!
Youâve managed accounts for a long enough period of time that you oversaw the renewal process with them, and have successfully renewed many accounts.
You know what itâs like to be accountable for revenue goals, and youâve accomplished (or exceeded!) them in the past.
You have tried to find true ways to uncover and close new opportunities with accounts, and are willing to share a few examples with us.
Host quarterly business reviews with your key accounts, showing up with content that aligns merchants priorities to Loopâs capabilities and the outcomes that matter most to their business.
Engage in regular, creative touchpoints with your accounts to get in front of any issues prior to renewal and avoid merchant churn.
Increase the usage and adoption of all Loopâs features by communicating new feature updates to your accounts, focusing on the value theyâll provide to that specific merchant.
Make Loop better by talking to merchants constantly and reporting product enhancement themes and feedback to the rest of the Merchant Success team.
Youâve been involved in merchant communications in prior roles, either owning 100% of your communications or partnering with marketing teams to strategically generate messaging.
You love data, and youâve established processes for yourself to extract data, analyze it and use it to create compelling value stories for your customers.
You have examples of how your proactive interactions and strong relationships with customers have directly contributed to mitigating churn, and have increased usage of product features.
Creating exceptional partnerships with your merchants and becoming one of their favorite people to work with are always top priorities for you.
You can share a couple examples of how youâve thoughtfully shared customer feedback that led to updates to your product.
You understand the different stages of the customer journey, and that thereâs a difference in how they should be communicated with.
Use AI, automation, templates, and operating rhythms to reduce manual work, improve consistency, and create more time for high-impact merchant engagement.
Partner effectively with Sales, Onboarding, Support, Product, Solutions, and other teams to move merchant needs forward with clear context and ownership.
Navigate merchant issues through the appropriate channels, maintain clear communication, and stay accountable for the overall merchant experience even when another team owns the resolution.
Surface recurring merchant feedback and product themes with clear examples, business impact, and appropriate expectations about potential action.
You have managed a sizable portfolio while maintaining strong organization, responsiveness, and proactive engagement.
You can explain how you use AI or automation to work more efficiently and improve the quality or consistency of customer support.
You collaborate well across teams and can create momentum without relying on direct authority.
You can share examples of customer feedback that contributed to product, process, or service improvements.

Senior product designer leads the design of fleet management dashboards, remote assistance workflows, and autonomous vehicle interfaces for a driverless truck company.
Waabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is the leader in Physical AI. With a world-class team, weâre unlocking the next era of autonomous transportation with technology thatâs powering commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis. Waabi is backed by and partners with world leaders in AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech.
With offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, Waabi is growing quickly and looking for diverse, innovative and collaborative candidates who want to impact the world in a positive way. To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai
Weâre seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Waabiâs driverless commercial and operations ecosystem, and the critical tools and interfaces that support scaling our company forward.
This is not a typical product design role. Youâll design workflows where a human decision can pull a 40-ton truck off the road or send it back into traffic. The tension between operational tools, speed, and safety-critical decision-making is what makes this seat unique.
Youâll join as the second product designer at Waabi, working closely with the first (your hiring manager) to establish design culture, systems, and processes as the team grows. Youâll ship designs in code from your first week. And will grow to own the full human-to-robot experience, designing everything from fleet management software to the interior and exterior interfaces of our AVs.
You willâŚ
Design fleet management and remote assistance workflows: Define and design the end-to-end workflows that operations staff use to monitor, dispatch, and intervene with AVs in real time. This includes dashboards, pre-mission checks, remote assistance, and the operational procedures that connect them.
Observe users in their actual environment: Take a first-principles approach to design by stepping out of the office. You will observe users, terminal staff, and fleet operators in their actual environments to gain deep insights into their workflows and streamline processes.
Design for AI and Automation: Define how humans interact with highly capable AI systems, creating intuitive workflows for fleet tracking, vehicle dispatch, remote assistance, and on-the-ground operational exception handling.
Build and extend our design system: Contribute to and expand Waabiâs shared system to maintain consistency and scalability across all product surfaces.
Ship directly in code: Youâll contribute to production React codebases using AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor), not hand off static specs. The shipped product is the deliverable.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations: Work with PMs, engineers, researchers, and operations teams to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience building complex tools: 5+ years experience designing for information dense, complex ecosystems (e.g., healthtech, dev tools, or logistics). We value your ability to untangle complexity over your specific industry background.
Own complexity and execute end-to-end: You can break down messy problems and drive from discovery through delivery with clear user-centric thinking.
First-principles thinker: You donât just rely on standard patterns. You strip problems down to their fundamental truths to build intuitive tools for entirely new paradigms.
Hands-on and curious: You are comfortable in ambiguous environments and excited to build in domains you may not be familiar with. You are eager to understand the realities of logistics, hardware integrations, and autonomous tech.
Strong design craft and judgment: You raise the bar, push for excellence, and balance visual polish with usability, making smart, user-centered tradeoffs.
A builderâs mindset: You design in code, are comfortable with component libraries, and see AI-assisted coding as a natural way of iterating. You know the shipped product is a key measure of success.
Bonus:
AV / Robotics / Logistics Background: Prior experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics operations (e.g., time at Waymo, Cruise, Aurora, Nuro, or a freight/logistics company).
Real-time Interfaces: Experience designing for real-time monitoring, dispatch, or command-and-control interfaces.
Physical Operations: Background that touches industrial design, hardware interfaces, or physical operations environments (terminals, warehouses, test tracks).
Scaling Products Externally: Experience designing products that transitioned from prototype/internal usage to customer/external-facing, demonstrating the ability to scale designs for broader user adoption.
The US yearly salary range for this role is: $100,300 - $200,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.âs yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Companyâs compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
Perks/Benefits:

Expect a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same: one day you may be scoping and quoting hours for an end-to-end solution, the next you are troubleshooting a complex API issue, building a custom integration, or writing JavaScript to customize a bot experience. If you are equally comfortable in a customer call and a code editor, this role was made for you.
đ¤ Client Technical Support
Deliver an excellent customer experience by applying deep product and technical expertise to resolve complex inquiries from clients and users via chat, email and video calls.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across APIs, custom embeds, integrations, and product configuration.
Report software bugs and identify trends across widespread customer issues, sharing findings and feedback with Product and Engineering to help improve the product.
đ§ Custom Solutions & Project Delivery
Conduct high-level technical discovery sessions with clients during product evaluations, proof-of-concept processes, and ongoing projects, engaging with key executive decision-makers to ensure solutions align with their objectives and needs.
Validate the technical feasibility and requirements of customer projects.
Scope customer projects and estimate the effort required to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, and external platforms (Cloudflare, Pipedream, n8n, etc.), including ongoing maintenance and support.
đ Internal Efficiency & Cross-Functional Support
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Build internal tools and automations that improve team efficiency and surface insights through analytics/reporting.
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams, providing technical expertise on customer projects and supporting pre-sales efforts when needed.
Support marketing and community efforts through technical content and use-case demonstrations.
Must-have
3+ years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role, with strong experience guiding enterprise customers through complex software decisions.
Strong technical grounding in SaaS, APIs, and enterprise integrations â hands-on experience making HTTP requests, reading API documentation, and connecting third-party services, automations, and data flows.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: enough to understand, adapt, and build lightweight front-end components or customize embedded experiences.
Experience with dashboards, internal tools, and process documentation.
Strong hands-on, organized mindset â comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple requests under deadlines in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with eligibility to work in Spain.
Nice-to-have
AI fluency - comfortable using AI tools in daily work, with an understanding of how to apply them effectively.
Builder mindset - has independently designed and built products, tools, or projects end-to-end.
Experience supporting Sales and Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Extremely proactive and self-driven: you donât wait to be told what to do.
Curious and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership.
Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Customers and the Customer team trust you as their first stop for technical questions.
Custom solutions and integrations become a competitive advantage in customer satisfaction and retention.
Internal tools, automations, and data are reliable and well-maintained.

Senior Software Engineer who builds production AI agent systems, data pipelines, LLM evaluation layers, and retrieval infrastructure for an AI-powered platform.
Headquarters: Minneapolis, MN
URL: http://collaboration.ai
Collaboration.Ai is a mission-focused, AI-powered software and services company based in Minnesota, with employees, partners, and customers around the world. We unite people, technology, and purpose to accelerate breakthroughs that transform industries, empower communities, and create a more sustainable future. We collaborate with organizations across the defense ecosystem, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive transformative change.
NetworkOS â NetworkOS is an AI-powered platform that aligns people, purpose, ideas, and expertise in real-time, generating actionable insights to propel movements forward.
CrowdVector â CrowdVector is an integrated solution marketplace and innovation management platform that rapidly uncovers new ideas and advances breakthroughs to fuel movements.
To learn more about us, visit collaboration.ai.
You'll build the agentic systems and data pipelines behind NetworkOS's AI capabilities: production agent workflows built on industry-leading agent SDKs and harnesses, MCP servers, and Agent Skills standards; the eval and observability layer that keeps LLM quality measurable; and the ingestion pipelines that turn messy, diverse data sources into queryable knowledge.
This is an execution seat, not an ivory tower. You'll commit code every week, ship agents as product capability rather than demos, and help shape a roadmap that's heading deep into graph + agents territory â for customers in defense, public sector, and regulated enterprise.
Agents in production. Pipelines that hold. Evals that keep everyone honest.
Ship production agent systems â design, build, and operate agentic workflows (agent SDKs, MCP servers, Agent Skills standards) powering AI-driven matching, analysis, and data intelligence
Operationalize LLM quality â build the eval and observability layer with Langfuse, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge patterns, and FinOps-style tracking so every workflow has measurable quality, cost, and latency
Engineer data pipelines â robust ingestion of documents, structured data, and external sources into searchable knowledge bases with quality validation, deduplication, and incremental updates
Own retrieval quality â hybrid search combining vector, keyword, and metadata retrieval, continuously improved through reranking, query expansion, and contextual compression
Accelerate with AI â build custom MCP tools and Agent Skills that make the whole engineering team measurably faster
Execute alongside the team â pair with full-stack engineers on AI integration points, contribute to incident response for AI services, and keep your hands in the code
Languages: Python (primary); Kotlin (core platform language at CAI); TypeScript/Node.js and other modern languages (secondary)
AI/ML: FastAPI, Pydantic; multi-provider LLM SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others)
Agentic Tooling: Claude Code/Codex/etc.; industry-leading agent SDKs and harnesses; MCP servers; Agent Skills standards
LLM Operations: Langfuse + evals (golden datasets, LLM-as-judge); in-house FinOps tracking (token usage, latency, cost); multi-provider orchestration including AWS Bedrock
Search & Retrieval: Vector databases, OpenSearch, embedding models
Data: PostgreSQL, Amazon S3; streaming pipelines (Kafka/Kinesis) where needed
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS); DataDog + OpenTelemetry observability
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data engineering
Production agentic/LLM application experience â built and operated systems around LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) serving real users: agents, tool-use, or orchestrated LLM workflows
Data engineering background â robust, scalable pipelines for AI/ML workloads
LLM operations experience â evals and observability for production LLM systems (quality, cost, latency)
Production retrieval experience â vector databases and/or search engines (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch)
Modern Python stack proficiency â FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, modern dependency management
AI-native workflows â demonstrated ability to leverage Claude Code/Codex or similar agentic coding tools to accelerate development
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
US citizenship required (DoD contracting â IL4/IL5 environments â and FedRAMP compliance)
Deep agentic ecosystem experience â Agent Skills standards, custom MCP servers, agent SDKs across major vendors
Advanced RAG expertise â GraphRAG, agentic RAG, contextual retrieval, reranking strategies
Graph data experience â knowledge graphs, graph databases, or graph-based retrieval
Model selection & rightsizing â matching models to domain-specific use cases across quality, cost, and latency tradeoffs
Streaming data experience (Kafka, Kinesis) for real-time knowledge base updates
Research background, open-source contributions, or an advanced degree in ML/IR/NLP
Real AI engineering, not a wrapper shop. Production agents, hybrid retrieval, continuous evals, and a roadmap heading into graph + agents â with the autonomy to shape how it's built.
AI-native by default. We build with AI, not just for AI. Agentic coding tools (Claude Code/Codex/etc.), agent SDKs and harnesses, MCP servers, and Agent Skills standards are how we work daily â you'll both use and build them.
Work that matters. Defense, public sector, and regulated industries â SOC 2 and NIST compliance, FedRAMP readiness, and customers whose missions demand AI they can trust.
Small, senior team. Early-stage impact with your work visible from week one. You'll help set the bar for how AI engineering is done here.
