Leads cloud operations team to standardize, automate, and scale production management across customer cloud environments while partnering with engineering teams.
Who we are
At Domino, we build software that helps the largest, AI-driven organizations build and operate advanced data science and AI solutions at scale. Our platform integrates a streamlined model development environment, MLOps capabilities, and novel features for collaboration, reuse, and reproducibility â all of which make data science teams more productive, reduce time to value, and ensure compliance. Our customers â like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bristol Myers, UBS, FINRA and the US Navy â are using our software to solve some of the most important challenges in the world, such as developing new medicines, securing our financial markets, or protecting our country. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake and other leading investors, we have been in business for a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. Especially in the world of AI today, we believe that the future is still being invented â and we want to be the ones building it. For more information, visit www.domino.ai
What we are building
The Cloud Operations team at Domino is building the operating capability that helps us safely and reliably manage a growing fleet of customer cloud environments.
As Dominoâs cloud footprint grows, we want routine production operations to become increasingly standardized, observable, and easy to execute safely. Cloud Operations sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Platform Services, Support, and SRE, taking ownership of the day-to-day operating system around cloud changes while partnering with engineering teams to continually improve the underlying tooling.
This is a founding role with an opportunity to shape how the function works. You will help turn recurring production work into clear, repeatable operating paths; identify where better tooling or automation can remove operational friction; and create a model that can scale without requiring engineering involvement in every routine change.

What youâll do
As Manager, Sales Development, you will own and scale Airwallexâs outbound sales development function in one of our key growth markets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building as much as managing. Youâll develop the outbound strategy for Israel, coach and mentor SDRs to become exceptional prospectors and commercial talent, and establish the processes, tools and operating rhythms required to consistently generate high-quality pipeline. Youâll partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Revenue Operations to sharpen our go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable pipeline-generation engine for Israel.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the outbound SDR strategy for Israel, including ICPs, target accounts, vertical prioritization, messaging, sequencing and multichannel prospecting.
Lead, mentor and develop SDRs, providing hands-on coaching across cold calling, messaging, research, qualification, objection handling and opportunity creation.
Build and scale the SDR function, including hiring, onboarding, performance management and career development as the team grows.
Own pipeline-generation targets and funnel performance, using data across activity, conversion, opportunity quality and pipeline coverage to continuously improve results.
Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing on territory strategy, qualification, campaigns, events and vertical-specific initiatives.
Establish high-performance operating rhythms across call coaching, pipeline reviews, enablement and team execution.
Champion effective use of Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, data, call intelligence and AI tools to improve SDR productivity and performance.
Who you are
Weâre looking for a hands-on sales development leader who combines strong people leadership with a builder mentality and is equally comfortable coaching SDRs, analysing funnel performance and improving outbound strategy.
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales development or outbound sales, including 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology environment.
Proven track record of building high-quality pipeline and coaching SDRs to consistently meet or exceed their targets.
Experience hiring, onboarding and performance-managing SDRs and building or significantly improving an outbound motion.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance through conversion, qualified pipeline and pipeline coverage, not activity alone.
Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
Fluent Hebrew and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience prospecting, selling or developing business in the Israeli market, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and communication style.
Previous experience in fintech, payments, financial services or complex B2B technology.
Experience building or scaling an SDR function and using modern sales technology and AI tools to improve targeting, coaching and productivity.

Staff platform engineer builds and maintains infrastructure systems supporting AI-powered insurance software at scale.
Insurance is a $7T global industry built on professional labor: underwriting, claims, pricing, operations, and distribution. Kalepa is building AI that can perform that work.
We create professional-grade AI systems for insurers: software that can read, reason, decide, and act inside real workflows and operate over long-time horizons. Kalepa begins by augmenting professionals with the tools to succeed at their jobs. That earns us the right to learn from real decisions, capture decision traces, and automate what can be automated successfully over time.
Our products are already in production with leading insurers, driving measurable outcomes and expanding across functions. The opportunity is far broader than any single workflow: to build the AI operating system for decision-making across insurance. For people who want to work on AI that matters, in a sector where correctness, trust, and real-world impact count, Kalepa is just getting started.
Kalepa is backed by leading investors such as IA Ventures and Inspired Capital, and our team brings experience from Facebook, Palantir, Google, Amazon, McKinsey, Mastercard, and Uber.
Many organizations have a dusty list of corporate values that no one ever follows. Kalepa is not one of those companies. Our values are designed to unlock the potential of our employees.
Success at Kalepa is bred from five core principles:
In addition to our NY office, we have remote employees speaking 10+ languages across the globe. But we invest in bringing our people together both for regional meetups and global offsites (2021 - Playa Del Carmen | 2022 - Rome | 2023 - Buenos Aires | 2024 - Lisbon | 2025 - Cartagena).
Kalepaâs culture isnât for everyone, and thatâs ok. But for the people who are a fit, they canât imagine working elsewhere.
Salary range: $240k â $300k USD*
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
We are looking for smart engineers who love to code, seek challenging problems, and appreciate recognition for excellent work. As part of the infrastructure team, you will work on the infrastructure and tooling that power our core platform. Youâll maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate operational workflows, and ensure we stay secure and compliant to the industry standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include improving infrastructure performance and reliability, monitoring and optimizing system cost, and collaborating with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns. Youâll help to maintain observability and incident response processes, and ensure the scalability of our cloud-based systems as we continue to grow.
Youâll collaborate with a global team of full-stack, data, AI, and DevOps engineers to build scalable backend solutions as we continue to grow. Weâre a small team where individual contributions have an outsized impact on both our technology and our business.
* The salary range listed is an estimate and will vary based on a variety of factors. Final compensation will be determined during the offer stage based on relevant experience, performance during the interview process, and geographic location, and may therefore differ from the posted range.

Leads end-to-end mobile app experience strategy and designs interaction patterns for agentic AI in healthcare.
Twin Health
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.
We start by building a dynamic model of each personâs metabolism â drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs â that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.
Working here
Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insightsâ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweekâs Top Most Loved WorkplaceÂŽ .
With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.
Opportunity
As a Principal Product Designer, youâll own the end-to-end experience strategy for our mobile app â the primary touchpoint where members manage their health every day. But more than that, youâll be doing something very few designers get to do: inventing the interaction language for agentic AI in healthcare from scratch.
There is no established playbook here. Agentic experiences â where AI acts autonomously on a userâs behalf, surfaces proactive guidance, and adapts in real time to behavior and health data â are among the least explored frontiers in product design today. Youâll be the person who figures out what these patterns look, feel, and behave like for people managing chronic conditions. That requires genuine originality, comfort with ambiguity, and the creative confidence to propose something that has never existed before.
This is the highest craft and leadership bar we hire to. Youâll be a recognized thought leader internally â setting the quality standard others aspire to, shaping product roadmaps beyond your immediate scope, and leaving a design legacy that outlasts any single feature.
This isnât iteration work. Itâs an invention.

OUR ORIGIN STORY đ
In 2011 SkySlope started as an idea born at the kitchen table of our CEO, with just him and two others. Headquartered in Sacramento, California, we have since grown out of our previous 3 offices and many of our close to 150 employees are spread all across the United States. Those 150 employees support close to 300,000 users across 5,000 offices nationwide and now in Canada as well. Included in that is 8 out of the 15 largest Real Estate Brokerages in the nation.
But, despite being happy with what weâve achieved we know that as industry leaders in our space thereâs a lot of work left to be done. All of the growth and success that has happened is a result of us obsessing over building cutting edge software that makes the Real Estate world a better place. We know this only happens by hiring people who donât just come up with out of the box ideas but hiring people who actually see those ideas through and bring them to life. As weâve grown, weâve been fortunate enough to hire plenty of people who possess that quality and realize itâs equally important to hire people who can pair that skill with empathy, collaboration, and a keen sense of urgency. If youâre looking to join a company where you can have real impact and surround yourself with an incredible team of people then look no further.
SKYSLOPEâS CORE VALUES đŞđť
These are the principles that helped us get to where we are and they are the principles that will guide us to where we want to go in the future. You can apply them to your professional life, your personal life, to any business and any situation. In no specific hierarchy, our core values are:
Awareness | Execution | Obsession | Ownership | Humility | Radical Candor | Urgency | Greatness | Inches I Fun

Purpose: The purpose of the Security Engineering Manager is to build and lead SkySlopeâs dedicated security engineering team in pursuit of making life better for every real estate agent, broker and service provider. This is a player-coach role: they will design the security engineering program, own its execution, hire and grow the team that delivers it, and stay hands-on in the technical work throughout. SkySlope is making a significant, sustained investment in security engineering, and this role is the foundation of that investment.
Why This Role: This is a genuine greenfield leadership opportunity. You are not inheriting someone elseâs program, tooling decisions, or org chart. You will design the program, pick the tools, hire the team, and set the standards, with direct executive sponsorship and a Director of Engineering who currently leads the security function and is invested in your success. SkySlope is also an aggressively pro-AI engineering organization: we treat AI as a security force multiplier for review, triage, and detection engineering, operating within guardrails you will help define. If you want to build a modern security program from first principles, with AI in the toolbox rather than on the threat slide, this is that role.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Responsible for designing and executing SkySlopeâs security engineering program.
Own the security roadmap across its major domains: identity and credential standards (short-lived, machine-identity-based credentials and OIDC federation), least-privilege authorization, secrets management, managed-device standards, attack-surface governance, secure SDLC (commit signing and org-wide SAST, dependency and secret scanning), centralized logging and detection, vulnerability disclosure, and AI governance.
Sequence and prioritize the program pragmatically, targeting the highest risk reduction per unit of engineering effort first.
Own the security-debt register: maintain security work as a visible, prioritized engineering backlog rather than an audit artifact.
Own security tooling and vendor decisions, including evaluation, selection, and build-vs-buy judgment.
Deliver clear, honest executive reporting on program status, risk posture, and progress.
Responsible for hands-on technical leadership (player-coach).
Lead and participate directly in architecture and design reviews for security-relevant work.
Contribute hands-on where it matters most: proofs of concept, detection logic, automation, and reviews.
Set and uphold the technical bar for security engineering work across the team.
Responsible for hiring and growing the security team.
Hire security engineers across levels and build an effective, collaborative team.
Coach and mentor each direct report through personal and performance management, including growing an early-career engineer into a strong contributor.
Build a team culture where security work is engineering work: shipped, measured, and iterated.
Responsible for partnering across the organization.
Work with DevOps, IT, and product engineering teams to embed security standards into how work already gets done â paved roads over gates.
Communicate early and often, building trust between security and the rest of engineering.
Ensure security guidance is concrete and actionable, not theoretical.
Responsible for making AI a security force multiplier.
Apply AI tooling to security review, triage, and detection engineering, and define the guardrails under which it operates.
Shape SkySlopeâs AI governance standards in partnership with engineering leadership.
Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Security program milestones defined, communicated, and delivered
Security-debt register established and demonstrably burning down
Team hired, retained, and growing (manager and peer observations)
Quality and clarity of executive reporting
Strong senior/staff-level individual contributor background in security engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering; you have personally built the kinds of systems you will now lead
Demonstrated ability to design and drive a security program or comparable cross-cutting technical initiative from ambiguity to delivery
Working depth in modern cloud security practice: cloud IAM, credential federation, secrets management, secure SDLC, and detection/logging (we run multi-cloud: primarily AWS, a growing GCP footprint, and a small amount of Azure; depth in one cloud and fluency across the rest is fine)
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of growing engineers, including those early in their careers
Sound judgment on tooling and vendor decisions, including knowing when to build and when to buy
Clear, direct communicator with executives and with engineers, in writing and in person
Enthusiasm for using AI as a working tool in security engineering; we want practitioners who are energized by this, not skeptical of it
Pragmatism: bias toward risk reduction that ships over frameworks that impress
We care about demonstrated ability, not certifications or credentials. If youâve built and led this kind of work, we want to talk to you regardless of which letters follow your name.
This position has 2-4 direct reports, including security engineers at multiple levels.

Senior engineer who embeds with business departments to rapidly prototype and deploy custom AI applications that automate workflows and solve specific operational pain points.
At SentinelOne, we are driven by a clear purpose: to give the advantage to those who secure our future. As AI reshapes how organizations build, operate, and innovate, the responsibility to protect them becomes more critical than ever. When you join SentinelOne, your work helps protect global enterprises, critical infrastructure, and the technologies shaping tomorrow. If you are motivated by meaningful challenges and want your impact to be real, measurable, and global, you will find purpose here.
SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. Our AI-native platform unifies protection across endpoint, cloud, identity, data, and AI systems to deliver autonomous detection and response with clarity and speed. By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.
Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.
Weâre looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.
As a Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, AI, you will be tasked with extending SentinelOneâs engineering capacity directly into the departments that need it most, including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Security, People, Legal, and beyond. We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel.
Our Justride platform is used in over 250 locations globally, including some of the largest cities in the world. With our industry-first mobile ticketing SDK, weâve partnered with large players in the transport space, including Uber, Moovit and Transit.

The Role_
// Masabi is growing its presence across Italy, and weâre looking for an experienced Business Development Director who can lead that growth: identifying and pursuing large, strategic contracts with Italian transport authorities and operators and closing the deals that matter.

Your stakeholders will be some of the most important transport decision-makers in Italy. Supported by our EMEA team and part of a company with proven market presence, youâll be the person Italian partners come to know and trust.
Location_

Responsibilities_
Business Development
Build and grow a pipeline of large-value, multi-year opportunities with Italian authorities and operators, including tenders and framework agreements
Guide authorities through their procurement journey from first conversation to award
Build senior relationships with decision-makers across authorities and operators, and represent Masabi at industry events and forums
Shape our go-to-market approach for Italy with EMEA and marketing teams, keeping pipeline data current

Project Management
Move opportunities through due diligence, technical workshops and POCs
Assess commercial and delivery risk, and flag issues early
Hand won contracts to delivery with clear scope, timelines and commitments
Keep colleagues informed on opportunity and post-award milestone status
About You_
A career selling complex technology or SaaS into public transport (fare collection, ticketing, ITS or similar)
Italian public procurement as familiar ground: how authorities buy, how tenders work, how to build understanding before procurement
A track record of closing large, complex contracts, not just building pipeline
Comfortable setting bid strategy and writing responses when needed
Multiple concurrent workstreams feel manageable, nothing slips quietly
Consultative and credible with senior public-sector stakeholders and C-suite
Works well independently with distributed support, comfortable with ambiguity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Comfortable advocating for customer needs across internal teams and building consensus when priorities compete
Fluent Italian and English, other languages a bonus
Based in or near Rome, or able to get there easily, because in-country presence and face-to-face time with stakeholders matter for this work
