Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement
Remote | US
At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. This role sits at the technical core of our Anthropic practice â leading the conversations, demos, and delivery sessions that show clients exactly what Claude Code and Claude Cowork can do, and where the next phase of work lives.
Youâll be the person in the room â often the only Nimble Gravity person in the room â with 20+ engineers or advanced knowledge workers who expect real answers, not a script. Youâll also be in the room earlier than that: on discovery calls and technical scoping sessions, helping prospects understand whatâs possible before theyâve signed anything. This is a build-and-teach role. If you havenât personally configured agentic workflows, written custom skills, or wired up MCP integrations, this isnât the seat.

Associate Director owns product strategy workstreams, develops frameworks and roadmaps, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and applies AI tools to research, synthesis, and deliverables.
The Associate Director, Product is a developing senior practitioner who owns strategy workstreams within larger engagements and is taking on growing client relationship responsibility. This person works confidently across the full range of strategic product work with growing independence and is building the presence and judgment to lead in the room. They are accountable for ensuring that strategy doesnât stop at the recommendation â that the thinking is clear, sequenced, and grounded enough for a team to act on it â and are increasingly the person who bridges that gap in practice. They use AI tools actively and independently across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation â with developing judgment about where tools strengthen the work and where they introduce risk. They are also beginning to bring that perspective into client conversations, surfacing where AI can help clients move faster or build more durable internal capability.

Strategic advisor and executive relationship owner for enterprise clients, accountable for client outcomes, renewals, upsells, and long-term strategic direction.
ABOUT CORDIAL
We founded Cordial in 2014 on the belief that there should be more humanity and empathy in marketingâboth in how brands communicate with their customers and in how technology companies work with brands. We built our company and platform purposefully, driven by a desire to inspire more thoughtful communication and to create experiences that feel more personal and humanâfor consumers, for the people at the companies we work with, and for Cordial employees. Today, brands like PacSun, Revolve, Abercrombie & Fitch, Realtor.com, L.L. Bean and Forbes rely on Cordial to drive revenue growth by sending a better message.
We chose the name Cordial to symbolize how we empower our clients to communicate with their customers, as well as how we do business: with transparency, collaboration, and trust. Weâre building a passionate team of individuals willing to learn, grow, and be thoughtfully challenged on a daily basis to continuously improve our product, company, and culture every single day.
OUR VALUES
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Client Success Manager reports to the Senior Director of Client Success and serves as the strategic advisor and executive relationship owner for a portfolio of Cordialâs enterprise clients. Cordial operates a solutions-led model, meaning the Solutions team owns day-to-day client execution: platform configuration, technical problem-solving, and program delivery. The Senior CSM operates above that layer, accountable for client outcomes, commercial performance, and long-term strategic direction. This role is the connective tissue between the clientâs business goals and everything Cordial brings to bear on their behalf. Core focus areas include executive engagement, strategic roadmap development, full commercial ownership (renewals and upsells), AI-informed client strategy, escalation management, and proactive competitive positioning.
This role is located in NY and the individual must be willing to visit a client on average 2x per week in the city.
WHAT YOUâLL DO
Serve as the strategic advisor. You are the clientâs most senior point of contact at Cordial. Not the day-to-day operator, but the person they call when theyâre thinking about where their program needs to go next. You bring a point of view, challenge their thinking, and connect their business goals to Cordialâs capabilities in ways that drive measurable impact.
Own client outcomes, not client tasks. Cordialâs Solutions team handles day-to-day execution. Your job is to ensure that work is always moving in the right direction, aligned to the clientâs success plan, tied to their business objectives, and delivered with the level of quality that retains and grows the relationship. Youâre accountable for outcomes.
Lead executive engagement. You own business relationships all the way to the C-suite within your client portfolio. You run executive business reviews, bring strategic recommendations, and position Cordial as a long-term growth partner, not just a vendor.
Drive the strategic roadmap. You develop and maintain a forward-looking success plan for each client that reflects their business priorities, martech strategy, and Cordialâs evolving capabilities, including AI-driven features. You help clients think beyond their current program and see whatâs possible.
Own the full commercial relationship. You own renewals, upsells, and expansion end to end: from forecasting and opportunity identification through negotiation and contract execution. You proactively find growth by understanding where clients can go deeper with Cordial across new channels, expanded use cases, and emerging capabilities.
Bring AI into the conversation. You stay genuinely current on how AI is reshaping marketing: predictive personalization, send-time optimization, generative content, intelligent segmentation. You help clients understand how to apply these capabilities within Cordial and bring that fluency into every strategy conversation.
Manage escalations with authority. When something goes wrong, clients look to you. You lead escalations with calm and accountability, coordinating internally across Solutions, Product, and Engineering, and communicating clearly with client stakeholders until resolution.
Protect and grow the portfolio. You stay ahead of competitive threats, track client health proactively, and identify risk early. You donât wait for a renewal conversation to surface a problem.
Represent CS cross-functionally. You are the clientâs voice internally, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to surface client needs, inform the roadmap, and contribute to Cordialâs go-to-market narrative.

Additionally, we offer perks such as childcare and continued education yearly reimbursements. We pride ourselves in maintaining a healthy work/life balance, a strong dedication to DE&I efforts, and an overall respectful and open culture!

Staff Platform Engineer designs and maintains infrastructure systems supporting AI-powered insurance software at scale.
Insurance is a $7T global industry built on professional labor: underwriting, claims, pricing, operations, and distribution. Kalepa is building AI that can perform that work.
We create professional-grade AI systems for insurers: software that can read, reason, decide, and act inside real workflows and operate over long-time horizons. Kalepa begins by augmenting professionals with the tools to succeed at their jobs. That earns us the right to learn from real decisions, capture decision traces, and automate what can be automated successfully over time.
Our products are already in production with leading insurers, driving measurable outcomes and expanding across functions. The opportunity is far broader than any single workflow: to build the AI operating system for decision-making across insurance. For people who want to work on AI that matters, in a sector where correctness, trust, and real-world impact count, Kalepa is just getting started.
Kalepa is backed by leading investors such as IA Ventures and Inspired Capital, and our team brings experience from Facebook, Palantir, Google, Amazon, McKinsey, Mastercard, and Uber.
Many organizations have a dusty list of corporate values that no one ever follows. Kalepa is not one of those companies. Our values are designed to unlock the potential of our employees.
Success at Kalepa is bred from five core principles:
In addition to our NY office, we have remote employees speaking 10+ languages across the globe. But we invest in bringing our people together both for regional meetups and global offsites (2021 - Playa Del Carmen | 2022 - Rome | 2023 - Buenos Aires | 2024 - Lisbon | 2025 - Cartagena).
Kalepaâs culture isnât for everyone, and thatâs ok. But for the people who are a fit, they canât imagine working elsewhere.
Salary range: $220k â $300k USD*
Location: Remote (USA)
We are looking for smart engineers who love to code, seek challenging problems, and appreciate recognition for excellent work. As part of the infrastructure team, you will work on the infrastructure and tooling that power our core platform. Youâll maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate operational workflows, and ensure we stay secure and compliant to the industry standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include improving infrastructure performance and reliability, monitoring and optimizing system cost, and collaborating with engineering teams to standardize environments and deployment patterns. Youâll help to maintain observability and incident response processes, and ensure the scalability of our cloud-based systems as we continue to grow.
Youâll collaborate with a global team of full-stack, data, AI, and DevOps engineers to build scalable backend solutions as we continue to grow. Weâre a small team where individual contributions have an outsized impact on both our technology and our business.
* The salary range listed is an estimate and will vary based on a variety of factors. Final compensation will be determined during the offer stage based on relevant experience, performance during the interview process, and geographic location, and may therefore differ from the posted range.
Own client relationships and account growth through renewals, expansions, and strategic communication at an AI search agency.
Ellipsis is emerging as a market leader in âGEOâ for B2B technology companies. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-moving and ambitious agency.
The transition to AI search has put a lot of the SEO industry on the back foot. Ellipsis has always been consultative/strategic in our approach, we started building AI search products in 2021 on GPT-2, and thus this has been a time for us to thrive.
Today, we think we have a better understanding of AI search than almost anyone else. We have both the tracking product (built in-house), the data (~25 million AI answers for analysis, with more tracked weekly), and the execution end-to-end from strategy, to writing, to in-house design, to optimization, and performance reporting.
This is a new role that further builds out our commercial function. You will be joining us at a very exciting time.
You will own Ellipsisâ client relationships. Every client should always know what weâre doing, why, and what itâs achieving â without having to ask. The book should grow through renewals, expansions, referrals, and case studies.
Ellipsis is an AI search agency, and our customers are predominantly B2B technology companies. We work with a lot of startups and scale-ups; B2B tech has been our bread-and-butter although we are also having success with B2C and have some very high profile clients in this area.
We are UK-based but fully remote and have been since day 1, 8 years ago. A lot of the team is UK based, our core business hours are UK, but we are fully remote and there is no location requirement for this role. Our clients are a mix of UK, Europe, and US-based.
Sales and delivery are working well. The gap is the layer in between: after a client signs, nobody formally owns the relationship; the story of what weâre doing and why, the communications, the renewals, the expansion conversations. Today thatâs informally covered by the MD/ Founder, which caps how much the business can grow and means things slip during busy periods.
Your role will be to take this over, own key accounts, and have impact across the whole business. Success looks like retaining our customers, successfully expanding and renewing accounts, and collaborating tightly with Operations, Strategy, and Sales to further our continuous improvement and growth.
You will report directly to the MD/ Founder and be expected to contribute as a senior leader in the team.
Supporting signals will be seen in the day-to-day: clients are not chasing us to find out whatâs happening, call prep and calls have a clear story running through the deck that you own, you are nudging Operations and Strategy to ensure the voice of the customer is heard internally; and expansions, case studies, and referrals happen because someone owns them.
Own the story for each client. What they bought, what they want, what weâve done, whatâs next â and tell it clearly. The team preps the data and analysis; you make it land. You own the narrative in client decks and calls.
Run the communication rhythm. At the start of each week, quick updates to clients via Slack (what we did, whatâs next, whatâs blocked, performance highlights); ad-hoc comms throughout the week via email and Slack, and either monthly or fortnightly calls depending on the client.
Understand our clientsâ businesses so you can contribute and expand. Ellipsis has an extremely consultative sales process and our clients trust us as experts. In many instances, weâre brought in to do âGEOâ but end up as a strategic marketing partner. This creates expansion opportunities which you can pursue as long as you understand their business and where we can contribute more â expansion and adding value go hand-in-hand and we build for the long-term success of the business.
Be curious about AI search and strategy. AI search is changing quickly and Ellipsis is leading that change. We are constantly producing new research, looking at data, and optimizing our approach. You will work with a Strategy Lead for each account (and the Head of Strategy across the business) but need to be curious, data literate, and capable of deeply understanding what weâre doing and why â which will let you confidently hold the room when discussing strategy, and advocate for the clientâs needs effectively.
Front the key relationships. For the top ~8-10 accounts, you attend the calls and run the relationship. For the rest, you own the story, ensure internal alignment, and step in on renewals, risk, or expansion (Content Managers front the regular calls).
Own renewals and expansions. Spot and shape upsell opportunities, run the renewal conversations, chase case-study permissions and referrals. Youâll need to both be able to smell adjacent opportunities (we are currently one of the few agencies that can do strategy, copy, and design for a âGEO friendly websiteâ, but donât advertise this enough!) and guide renewals/expansions (which are always inherently tied to strategy and what more we can do for the customer).
Advocate for the client internally. When work is late or off-brief, you say so and chase it. You represent what the client actually asked for, even when thatâs uncomfortable.
Report and contribute to planning internally. Youâll join (and lead part of) the Monday morning pipeline and accounts review meeting, where we plan upcoming business and assess the state of renewals and expansion opportunities with existing accounts. Youâll work closely with Operations to ensure we have the right capacity at the right time, and work closely with Sales to ensure you understand incoming prospects and are ready to advocate for their needs internally from day one.
Not a project manager or a status-updater. Not operations â you flag delivery problems, the ops lead fixes processes. Not new-business sales â acquisition is covered.
Youâll have owned complex and commercially important client relationships. In other UK agencies this is typically a mid-to-senior âAccounts Directorâ or exceptional âSenior Accounts Managerâ role but weâre open to other roles, industries, and experiences.
Marketing or SEO agency experience is probably helpful. You will need to become fluent enough in SEO and AI search to hold the room with a technical, sceptical client â you donât produce the analysis, but you can defend it; but weâre happy for you to pick this up quickly on the job.
You should be commercially confident: happy to run a renewal and ask for the expansion. Warm with clients, firm internally.
ÂŁ60-65k
There is no individual commission. Renewals and expansions at Ellipsis are team outcomes: Strategy, Content, Design and Operations create the value, while the Accounts Lead ensures clients understand it and leads the commercial conversation. We therefore pay a strong fixed salary and assess success through the long-term retention, health and growth of the client book.
Shadow the founder on the key accounts, then take them over one by one. Ship the onboarding protocol and monthly update rhythm. Baseline the retention numbers. By day 90, you own the top relationships and the founder attends client calls by exception only.
To be successful at Ellipsis, you need to be able to think quickly from first principles, capable of executing quickly, and driven to succeed. Whilst weâre 8 years old, we operate like a startup. The team â a lot of whom have been with us a long time â will tell you this is a place to learn quickly, progress quickly, and do your best work.
Your capability matters a lot more to us than your experience, and we would recommend you tailor your application with this in mind. We want to hear from you rather than ChatGPT. Please keep this in mind in particular with the screening questions.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role (UK/EU based). Work from home, or the beach!
We have a lot of clients in the US and California, so youâll need to be available for client and new business calls in the 5-7pm UK slot a couple of days a week (generally donât go later than this, but youâll need to be available as needed).
28 days of paid holiday
4-day work week, once a month (instead of local bank holidays)
Genuinely flexible working, although noting the meeting schedule requirements above
Regular team retreats; last was Istanbul, previously in Edinburgh, Oxford, Madrid, and Budapest
Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and sick pay
The application process
Itâs important we find the best candidate for this position, and our selection process will reflect this.
Much of our company Wiki is externally accessible, and youâre encouraged to read through this before applying. We have a very useful guide to our interview process available here. This tells you what weâre looking for and reading this will significantly increase your chance of success!
Weâll review applications on a rolling basis but interviews start after the closing date. Thereâs thus no benefit to rushing to apply: we will bias heavily towards your applicationâs answers rather than your CV, and weâd love for you to take your time.
Weâre fortunate to receive a large volume of applications. You can make your application stand out by paying special attention to the main responsibilities of this role, and âhow to applyâ. If you think youâre a fit, or could be a fit â go for it!
We use video calls for interviews. Youâll have video interviews using Google Meet, including with members of the Leadership team and the Founder.
We understand that this is as much you interviewing us, as the other way round. Throughout the interview process, weâre extremely happy to answer your questions about the business, working here, and the future of the company.
The final stage of our hiring process is a paid test project, which will be similar to work you could expect to do if you were hired. Weâll give you a week to complete the project, and expect it to be 4-6 hours of work.
Following the completion of trial projects, weâll ask for professional references from your previous 2 managers. We ask candidates to introduce us to their references, for a 10 minute call.
We do great work for clients and are building an ethical business that lets everyone do their best work. If you think you could be the next person to join our team, please apply :)
How to apply
Please apply through Workable: https://apply.workable.com/getellipsis. We will decide who progresses to the next stage based on the form you submit, and your CV. Please give us a good reason to select you! Taking the time to research the role, what weâre looking for, what we do, and what you can do for us will increase your chance of success. Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this.
Ellipsis is an equal opportunity workplace and is committed to equal employment opportunity.
The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 13 September 2026.

(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3)
The best developers donât wait for a customer to tell them somethingâs broken.
They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checklyâs whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place.
Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. Now we need a PM who wants to take that further, in a market being rewritten in real time.
Hereâs the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. âIs my app healthy?â is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. Nobody has really figured out what reliability means for this kind of software yet. Thatâs the problem youâd own.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for empowering developers and designers to solve customer problems. You will work directly with our SVP Product Engineering Daniel.
You will:
Shape company and product strategy alongside our SVP of Product Engineering. Itâs a genuine partnership: youâll develop the vision for where Checkly goes next, decide where we play in the AI testing, monitoring, and observability landscape and where we donât, and turn that into a direction. You build the strategy with us, not execute someone elseâs.
Shape Checklyâs point of view on reliability in an AI-native world: how teams monitor AI-generated code, agent-driven workflows, and LLM-backed features
Lead initiatives across Product Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and represent Checkly directly to customers and in developer communities.
Live in the product and the problem. Empathy for DevOps, SRE and Platform Engineering isnât a line item. Itâs the job.
You ship with AI where it helps and know when not to. You donât just talk about it.
Youâve built software before this. Youâre an ex-engineer, ex-founder, or ex-solutions engineer who has written real code and shipped real things, and now you want to own the product. This oneâs non-negotiable: you should be able to reason about APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and how systems fit together without a translator.
Youâve worked in a startup, not just a big company. Youâre comfortable with ambiguity, small teams, and owning outcomes end to end. You donât need a big-company machine around you to be effective.
Youâve built technical products, ideally developer tools. Adjacent technical products count. Experience in monitoring or observability is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
New to the PM title? Thatâs fine. If youâre coming from a founding or solutions-engineering seat and want to go all-in on product, we want to hear from you.
Youâre technical enough to be dangerous with AI tooling. You can prototype in code, throw together a mock, or pressure-test technical viability yourself when it moves things forward.
FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones. Need to be able to travel to (other) European countries without having to wait for a visa appointment.
We would rather tell you now than have you find out in month two.
We use AI for everything, and we mean everything. AI skepticism is not a thing here. If you have the slightest hesitation about working with AI every day, this is not the place for you, and that is completely fine.
We write more than we talk. We are async-first, so a lot of decisions happen in documents and threads, not meetings. If you do your best thinking out loud in a room full of people, you will miss it here.
We are lean, so you own the boring parts too. There is no PM ops layer to delegate the unglamorous work to. You will do strategy one hour and clean up a messy spec the next.
We ship constantly and change our minds. Priorities move as we learn from customers. If you need long, stable planning cycles, this will feel chaotic.
Customer signals come first, and most of the time they beat your gut. We build what customers actually want, not the clever thing we dreamed up. Earn it by making customers happy, and then there is room for the moonshots. If you want to lead with your own bold bets, you will find this frustrating.
Transparent salary because your salary shouldnât be dictated by how good a negotiator you are. (more info below)
Remote-first, flexible work hours, async-first (low meeting, high productivity) and transparent culture
Become part of a fast-growing, international, and remote team where your work matters, and your impact wonât get lost in layers of bureaucracy.

Senior product designer leads the design of fleet management dashboards, remote assistance workflows, and autonomous vehicle interfaces for a driverless truck company.
Waabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is the leader in Physical AI. With a world-class team, weâre unlocking the next era of autonomous transportation with technology thatâs powering commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis. Waabi is backed by and partners with world leaders in AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech.
With offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, Waabi is growing quickly and looking for diverse, innovative and collaborative candidates who want to impact the world in a positive way. To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai
Weâre seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Waabiâs driverless commercial and operations ecosystem, and the critical tools and interfaces that support scaling our company forward.
This is not a typical product design role. Youâll design workflows where a human decision can pull a 40-ton truck off the road or send it back into traffic. The tension between operational tools, speed, and safety-critical decision-making is what makes this seat unique.
Youâll join as the second product designer at Waabi, working closely with the first (your hiring manager) to establish design culture, systems, and processes as the team grows. Youâll ship designs in code from your first week. And will grow to own the full human-to-robot experience, designing everything from fleet management software to the interior and exterior interfaces of our AVs.
You willâŚ
Design fleet management and remote assistance workflows: Define and design the end-to-end workflows that operations staff use to monitor, dispatch, and intervene with AVs in real time. This includes dashboards, pre-mission checks, remote assistance, and the operational procedures that connect them.
Observe users in their actual environment: Take a first-principles approach to design by stepping out of the office. You will observe users, terminal staff, and fleet operators in their actual environments to gain deep insights into their workflows and streamline processes.
Design for AI and Automation: Define how humans interact with highly capable AI systems, creating intuitive workflows for fleet tracking, vehicle dispatch, remote assistance, and on-the-ground operational exception handling.
Build and extend our design system: Contribute to and expand Waabiâs shared system to maintain consistency and scalability across all product surfaces.
Ship directly in code: Youâll contribute to production React codebases using AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor), not hand off static specs. The shipped product is the deliverable.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations: Work with PMs, engineers, researchers, and operations teams to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience building complex tools: 5+ years experience designing for information dense, complex ecosystems (e.g., healthtech, dev tools, or logistics). We value your ability to untangle complexity over your specific industry background.
Own complexity and execute end-to-end: You can break down messy problems and drive from discovery through delivery with clear user-centric thinking.
First-principles thinker: You donât just rely on standard patterns. You strip problems down to their fundamental truths to build intuitive tools for entirely new paradigms.
Hands-on and curious: You are comfortable in ambiguous environments and excited to build in domains you may not be familiar with. You are eager to understand the realities of logistics, hardware integrations, and autonomous tech.
Strong design craft and judgment: You raise the bar, push for excellence, and balance visual polish with usability, making smart, user-centered tradeoffs.
A builderâs mindset: You design in code, are comfortable with component libraries, and see AI-assisted coding as a natural way of iterating. You know the shipped product is a key measure of success.
Bonus:
AV / Robotics / Logistics Background: Prior experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics operations (e.g., time at Waymo, Cruise, Aurora, Nuro, or a freight/logistics company).
Real-time Interfaces: Experience designing for real-time monitoring, dispatch, or command-and-control interfaces.
Physical Operations: Background that touches industrial design, hardware interfaces, or physical operations environments (terminals, warehouses, test tracks).
Scaling Products Externally: Experience designing products that transitioned from prototype/internal usage to customer/external-facing, demonstrating the ability to scale designs for broader user adoption.
The US yearly salary range for this role is: $100,300 - $200,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.âs yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Companyâs compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
Perks/Benefits:

We make workplace accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities as required by applicable law. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process please let our recruiting team know.
